This order has taken aproximately 8 weeks to complete, involving me in much time and stress in attempting to communicate with your customer services, which seems to mostly consist of A.I. bots. I have had to fight my corner in refusing to be charged again for a second delivery of the goods not received in the first place from your chosen carrier DPD. Taken together, Fixpart and DPD have turned out to be a truly nightmare combination and had there been a choice of zero stars, that is what I would have chosen. Neddless to say then, nothing would induce me to order from you again.

The part was as described however without dimension it turned out to be the wrong item.
The part was as described however its dimensions were missing and when it arrived, on time, it was for the fridge section not the freezer. This was my mistake but the details could of been clearer.
