I would have given zero stars if it was an option!! I still haven't received my order. I have e-mailed you twice and had no response to resolve the matter. My order according to the tracker has been up and down the country and has been in Leeds since last Friday. I have asked twice for a replacement sending next day delivery, I suggest you use a different delivery service. In the mean time I have a family and haven't been able to use my washing machine all this time. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Turned out to be really good after a rocky start. I’d sent a detailed description of requirements and photographed the label so all the appliance records were available. Instead of a prompt response we had some toing and froing, after which we got the answer we were expecting in the first place. All went well after that.
