wrong size tray for model number

Terrible company to deal with, took my order with a delivery estimate of 3 to 5 days, after not hearing anything for over a week I was told the item was not available and was offered and accepted cancellation of my order and ordered and received it from elsewhere. No refund after 4 weeks and multiple messages ignored. Then the product was delivered and I have to return at my own cost. Will never use again.

Once part arrived it was non compatible with my appliance A waste of time and money
I found the part took over a week to arrive and then I found the part is too small by a millimetre even though you state it is suitable for my appliance. £26.00 is expensive for a non usable part to end up in the waste bin.
