Good afternoon - I placed this order and paid extra to have delivery as soon as possible. I have waited a full week now, and there is no sign of your delivery of the products. Interestingly I received an email today asking me to rate your service and the product - both of which at this time are non-existent. Please can you advise when you think this delivery will arrive?

Very bad at communicating took 11 days to get a reply via customer service. First part arrived damaged. Got a replacement and that arrived with a part missing . Managed to use a part from the first faulty item. Packaging really poor no bubble rap . Nothink. The fan was full of polystyrene. So took 2 hours to clear it all out.
