New dishwasher top and bottom racks.
Looked at many spares sites for new racks for my just 7 year old Swan Retro dishwasher, as they had rusted! This was the only one that has compatible parts and could verify this on a drop-down menu. The racks arrived speedily within 3 days and were all intact. They fitted perfectly.
Was exactly the part I needed & very easy to replace everything is ok but maybe the price was somewhat heavy but it is what it is.

The parts arrived in good time.
When I purchased the part for my L G washing machine I got a message saying that the part would fit my washing machine and indeed it did. I was worried that it would not and I would have to return it which would have made me wait longer to was the growing pile of washing.
I was told the part would be with me the very next day and it was, very good service.
Trying to return a part and I am continually been asked for details of the item I have and a photo of the part that is broken. Is this a delaying tactic?.. Just give me a refund for the new part that I ordered and doesn’t fit. I will have to buy a new Braun Foodprocessor as I use it a lot at Christmas.

A large number of the items are very overpriced, I needed a small plastic clip and spring, but opted to not buy the spring as it was £10.01p for a spring that if I dismantled a pen I would find the same spring, not to mention the P&P on top of that. Also a large number of items don’t have photos to compare to, I know I shop visually and always compare what the item looks like, to what I have that is damaged and needs replacing, difficult if you don’t have a part number or a photo. Good delivery time and very well packaged 👍
