I had tried to obtain a cable for my product from another supplier, but the item when it arrived turned out to be the wrong size. So before I placed my order with FixPart, I spoke with a representative, who assured me that the part would fit. And it did! So I was very pleased.
Poor communications
Web site easy to identify and order part. Part was out of stock and therefore delayed but this was not communicated until chased up after a month. Once part was as available promptly delivered around the predicted date.
Says uk but is actually France and delivered later than stated

Returns policy is poor/sluggish
I ordered the correct part for a dishwasher but it came with the wrong connector. Now I don't seem to be allowed to return it for to get my money back. I've sent 3x pictures of the part already and am still being asked for unnecessary details.

Great range of parts. Dishwasher spray arms fit perfectly, despite not knowing the exact part numbers. Fast delivery once it was dispatched. Only took payment once parts were available which did catch me off guard when budgeting for the rest of the month but that may have been the payment method.
