A tale of two cables...
I had tried to obtain a cable for my product from another supplier, but the item when it arrived turned out to be the wrong size. So before I placed my order with FixPart, I spoke with a representative, who assured me that the part would fit. And it did! So I was very pleased.
Ordered a flap door for my freezer compartment. Service was excellent, I was kept informed by up-to-date emails and product arrived safely and promptly.

The description of the part was accurate. It was easy to fit and worked perfectly. The delivery time was a day or two slower than advertised and pricey in relation to the very small size. The item, a rubber seal, seemed expensive for what it was.

Order not received. Order returned with an incorrect address error however my order confirmation shows the correct address . Support issue raised but painfully slow and unhelpful support response. Still waiting for my order. I’ve requested a cancellation. Do not use :-(
