Really poor communication. The part was due to arrive within 48 hours but was sent 8 days after the order and has still not arrived, although Royal Mail say they delivered. After repeated emails to Fixpart, customer service eventually replied saying I need to fill in anattached form, and yet nothing was attached. I want my money back and won't be using Fix part again.
