My first item turned up damaged so they did send out a replacement free of charge. But the other item I ordered was wrong so not only does it cost £7 to get it delivered it also costs another £7 to send it back. Ridiculous, no point in getting a refund and now on top of that the replacement is also wrong so that’s another £7
