Deliver the part shown on your website and not a universal part that fits a multiple number of washing machines, but in my case only fitted with abandoning fitting the plastic shroud originally fitted over the switch, as the length of wiring inside the machine was too short to allow me to fit it, the cable plug entry is now from underneath and not from the top as originally designed, thus needing extra wiring which is not present.

Ordered because it said in stock and 1 to 2 days delivery. After order placed got email to say out of stock and was going to take about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Checked their website a few days later and it still was saying that it was still in stock. To me that says falls advertising just to get people committed. It would have been 1 star but item arrived 1 week early

In case anyone complained that the item was incorrect, even though the customer provided the correct reference number, you still placed the fault on the customer. Then, to return the item, you charged the customer for shipping. That is not good customer service. You also charged me, which I believe is unfair.

Quick service and delivery of part that I could not find anywhere else in the UK. A little expensive though.

Great service and ultimately FixPart were only company I could find selling the replacement led cooker hood lamps I needed. Products working well. But I did think they were a little expensive for what they were when similar products (though not the right size) where half the price or less. Would use again if they had exactly what I needed.

Ordered new door seal for aged Miele washing machine. So aged that 'obsolete' or 'out of stock' has been the standard response. But this time, door seal ordered, prompt delivery, really easy to fit.....not more leak! Happy customer!

Your price was for just one filter and you need two. For one with postage it was ridiculously expensive
