Although you kept me informed of date and time of delivery, it was not delivered in the time frame, I am aware that it was during the holiday period and fortunately I was home for delivery, but on the whole I was happy, to have received it on the day.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WORST COMPANY EVER. Their customer service is the worst. Ordered an item, it was cancelled on the 9th of March. It was never refunded. Asked 5 times for my money and it was never refunded- had to escalate to my bank as a formal complaint. A MONTH AFTER BEING CANCELLED THEY SHIPPED IT over arguing that it had been shipped when I asked to cancelled, which made no sense because it was agreed to be cancelled a month ago. I issued TWO complaints no response. They are scammers, so stay away.
Model number took me ages to scroll down the list but once I found it the parts were all listed with pictures of them. The part arrived at someone else's house but that's dpd fault not yours. Part fitted correctly. A+
Ordered part for Philips iron which if needed to be replaced would have cost in excess of £500. Part needed cost £48 ordered and arrived within 3 days. Great service and now iron working thank you.
