I absolutely recommend this product. I spent a long time searching for parts for my dishwasher on numerous websites and couldn't find such good prices for the quality of the product. I was surprised by the fast and professional service. Delivery to my home was supposed to take about four days, but the product arrived the next day. The product was exceptionally well-protected. The quality and description were consistent with the seller's claims. This is my second purchase, and our friends and family also love the products from this website.
Needed opposite side hinge kit for LG fridge freezer and found it clearly on your site. Ordered and paid for easily and was with us within a few days as described. Description could have had bit more detail but otherwise A1.
This company saved Christmas
I ordered a spray arm for my dishwasher. I was supposed to get one from the company as my dishwasher was under warranty but after 2 weeks it had not arrived and this was one week before christmas so was worried I would be without a dishwasher. Found the part on fix part and it arrived 2 day later, so Christmas was saved.

Perfect Replacement Siemens Part
Although a little pricey, website was easy to use, it was a genuine part for my Siemens fridge. it fitted perfectly and delivery was super speedy!

The item didn't arrive within the time stated when ordering. The site showed UK but after I had placed my order , the tracking didn't work then when it did it showed the part in France on the day before it was due to arrive so it was never going to arrive on time. I did make contact using the system available but so far have had no answer back from it. The item did arrive, it was well packaged and does work. Not the best experience due to the information available and lack of customer contact.
New lamp for AEG microwave good quality product fairly easy to fit but you have to dismantle the microwave casing to fit it, poor design by AEG.

I thought it would be impossible to find a new bowl for my food processor at a reasonable price but FixPart had one that matches my Bosch model and at half the price of the manufacturer’s cost. So I took the chance and BINGO it’s perfect! And it arrived super fast too. Very very happy’

Quick service and quality part
I ordered a genuine Siemens part (fluff filter) for my washing machine from Fixpart following a mistake ordering a cheaper copy. The copy looked identical but leaked. The Fixpart item was perfect and, as stated on its website, it arrived within a day. Would definitely use them again.

I don't normally do reviews but occasionally when there is excellent service, I make an exception. Trying to obtain parts for out Neff oven proved to be difficult and I spent a long time on the Neff spare parts and other spares suppliers trying to locate them. Some would not recognise the Neff model number. After a couple of hours! I eventually gave up. Returning again later I discovered FixPart a little further down in the internet search for Neff parts. In a very short space of time my input of the Neff model number took me to the spares for the oven and the part I wanted and I ordered it without a problem (side racks and sliders). A little later I realised that We needed the trays also. Back to the FixPart website and there was my model number already waiting for me. I very quickly identified and ordered the shelves. Confirmation of the orders was almost immediate. They arrived a few days later, well packed and exactly what was required. There was even a leaflet showing how to attach the sliders to the side shelves which can be tricky. If I need spares in the future it will be FixParts I shall go to. It is great when you find an efficient customer service company, they can be quite rare now.
