The only thing i would improve on is to be able to speak to someone in person being a pensioner i found it difficult communicating online but with the help of my Grandson we managed the service was quick and easy for him the handle i received was the right one and arrived within 3 days

Philips steam iron GC 7805/20

The first replacement cord I ordered,was the wrong one (my fault).Aino helped me with the return and the second one was the right.Just to mention that the cord compatible with type GC7805/21 is also campatible with mine GC 7805/20.Great experience with it!
