New door shelf for old fridge!
I was amazed to find that I could order a door shelf for my under counter fridge even though this was fitted with my kitchen in 2011. I ordered it online and received within a few days via DPD. Thank you so much.

Had the part I needed for a good price and arrived within a few days
Item arrived damaged
I ordered a inner glass panel for an oven which arrived damaged.
I tried contacting using the messaging service to which I’ve had automated acknowledgement straight after unpacking the item and instead of a replacement or a refund I’m left with an oven I can not use.
I’ve also now sent emails to the customer service again no responses.
I sent pictures unpacking the glass which obviously has a manufacturer or warehouse defect as the damage to the corner corresponds with damage on the the foam protector, this did not happen in transit.
I’ve been left now with a part I can not use, no replacement , no refund no contact.
I have now instructed my payment provider to fight this to retrieve the funds.
Do yourself a favour and look for parts from a genuine provider with good communication and do not order from Fixpart!
