Heat pump dryer fan
Ordered the blower/fan for my Sons heat pump dryer, unfortunately I was away on holiday when it was delivered to my address. The next day from coming home I went to fit the fan, it took me all of five minutes to change the fan. Turned the power on and the repair was a great success, very pleased with the part supplied, ease of operation and more so the expense saved. In general very happy with the service from ordering, to delivery and fitting.Thanks

Sent wrong part - 2 weeks still no refund!!
Ordered a door hinge on the 26/04 and received a rubber belt of some sort. Reported immediately and asked for a refund. Writing this on the 11th May - no refund ( despite sending photo proof of wrong part) , and told they are investigating with their 3rd Party supplier. That relationship has nothing to do with me. No idea when I am going to get a refund. Very poor customer service so I cannot recommend fix part.
