Super helpful service. Called at 10mins after 2pm as missed next day cut off. Was no Problem, the team made a note to look out for order to catch for next day. I thought that was great, but it didn’t stop there! I then got a follow up phone call to tell me it was sent and would be with me tomorrow, so my mind was put at rest. And…..because I rushed and went through as a guest, they wanted to check I could log on so and wanted to help with that also. Will be my go to place for cigars.

The rating I have given is not really indicative of my view of the company, rather a rating of disappointment, as my order was placed on December 21, in order to guarantee that the cigars would arrive in time for Christmas. Here we are on December 28, and no cigars. I don’t object to paying extra for express/next day delivery, but it occurs to me that the courier/carrier is not fulfilling the obligations of their contract with the retailer, and unfortunately this will inevitably reflect on Cigars of Cuba, which is actually unfair.

it is not appropriate to assess Cigars of Cuba on a 5-point scale. There is no problem with the quality of the goods. The range of pipe tobaccos could be wider. The prices could be a little cheaper. Free postage is good. Dispatch and processing is prompt but it still takes 96 hours for delivery. The main criterion for assessing quality of service hinges on whether I shall remain a returning customer.

Very poor condition. Cigars will not draw and have to be discarded. Cigars placed in a humidifiied box on arrival. Cigars roll tight and losses in their length. Your delivery service excellent.

Dear Hugh, please let us know if there is an issue, the machine made cigars you ordered are "dry" cigars and should not be humidified, please let us know if you have an issue and we will resolve right away. I'll email you direct to sort this out Kindest regards, Peter
