The rating I have given is not really indicative of my view of the company, rather a rating of disappointment, as my order was placed on December 21, in order to guarantee that the cigars would arrive in time for Christmas. Here we are on December 28, and no cigars.
I don’t object to paying extra for express/next day delivery, but it occurs to me that the courier/carrier is not fulfilling the obligations of their contract with the retailer, and unfortunately this will inevitably reflect on Cigars of Cuba, which is actually unfair.
