Super helpful service.
Called at 10mins after 2pm as missed next day cut off.
Was no Problem, the team made a note to look out for order to catch for next day.
I thought that was great, but it didn’t stop there!
I then got a follow up phone call to tell me it was sent and would be with me tomorrow, so my mind was put at rest.
And…..because I rushed and went through as a guest, they wanted to check I could log on so and wanted to help with that also.
Will be my go to place for cigars.
The rating I have given is not really indicative of my view of the company, rather a rating of disappointment, as my order was placed on December 21, in order to guarantee that the cigars would arrive in time for Christmas. Here we are on December 28, and no cigars.
I don’t object to paying extra for express/next day delivery, but it occurs to me that the courier/carrier is not fulfilling the obligations of their contract with the retailer, and unfortunately this will inevitably reflect on Cigars of Cuba, which is actually unfair.
I like the fact that they have an excellent turnaround time on receipt of orders and they do not charge for postage on orders over £50. Apart from that, the quality of the merchandise is much the same as can be obtained elsewhere.

Dispatch and postage was very prompt, products were good quality.
The cigars were not shipped with a boveda pack to ensure correct humidity while on transit - other websites put a boveda in every shipment.

Thanks for that, yes it should have had the mini Boveda bag for the cigar you ordered, we do have these bags specifically for single cigar sales so my apologies for the error, Kindest regards and thanks , Peter
