Very fast shipping. Even though it was holiday season and it was shipped to another country, the package was delivered in about a week's time (faster than I expected!) Very good product (I bought a HEMA mask) and easy to understand and navigate website. Overall, extremely satisfied and would recommend. I bought the mask because my coach recommended it and I can now see why!

Making card payments is harder than it should be as you need an app and I couldn’t get it to work. After paying by bank transfer I got an email telling me that the item I had just payed for was out of stock. If something is out of stock it should say it is out of stock before you place the order!

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une taille unique. Protection un peu courte pour quelqu'un dépassant 1m85. Mais il y a de nombreuses sangles parmi lesquelles choisir pour assurer un port confortable. Fonctionne très bien en complément d'un protège-tibia de foot enfant sur l'intérieur de l'avant-bras.

Their customer service was absolutely stellar, I had an issue with the order I made, it was changed at no extra charge and immediately. The guy who answers the chat always answers quickly and to the point.
The products look good and sturdier than I thought (rubber poleaxe and spear heads).

Absolutely love that you managed to package everything into a small parcel and not a box. Made it I much more reasonable to carry home through the slush and snow.
