Professional communication. Timely overseas standard delivery. Hard to find items were in stock. The elastic straps on the armguards were moldy upon delivery. I would rather treat the mold or perhaps cut it off and resew a new strap than go through the hassle of returns but is disappointing. It was wrapped in in plastic so I assume the mold developed during the overseas transit but if it was properly clean the mold would not have developed on a newly manufactured item.

Great site for HEMA gear, they in fact often deliver way quicker than HEMA sellers in the UK so if your in the UK you can get it quicker here than elsewhere often, there is also different selection of HEMA gear than the usual red dragon stuff everywhere, a good HEMA shop this is, thumb up from me.

What was good: Nice gear and it seems to be of good quality. What could have been better: Delivery times are a little too long. Also, it would be nice to have some instructions for some of the gear. I bought a helmet and cover, and the instructions on the website on how to install the cover on the helmet were very poor. I was lucky enough to find a video on youtube that explained it better.

Had some issue with my shopping cart being stuck in limbo. Contacted customer support, they borh fixed the issue and dispatched the order quickly. Delivery time and quality of products top notch. Will use again.

My son is really enjoying his zweihänder greatsword. The only thing I can thing of to make the experience even better is maybe a link to a bag that he can carry it in. Many thanks for a quality item

If anything, I'd like to know if some items have longer delivery time than expected and a possibility to choose, whether I want some of the stuff in advance and the rest as an open, pending order. The information of the delivery is high quality, and I have never been dissatisfied after receiving the order. The quality control of Faits D' Armes is well kept.

I ordered gauntlets too small for me, they came a in a few days. I exchanged them for larger, no problems at all. Great experience!

My first order with the company was exactly what was ordered, all the parts were present and correct and nothing was out of place. My experience was good enough that I recommended the company to others in my club. This order arrived very quickly, but the gorget is incredibly cheap looking. Every edge of the hard plastic is unfinished, and jagged, like it was hacked at rather than cut. There is a sharp prominence that almost cut me, and there is a chip in the centre front of the blade catcher. At the bottom of the plastic protector, the angle is uneven and asymmetric, and there is a large gouge at the apex. The protector is also sewn onto the band off centre, which makes it difficult to get it to sit properly. It looks unfinished, and (with shipping) this cost me nearly $100aud, a cost that I would not have paid for this item if I knew it's condition. So, really, you experience depends on what you order from them.

Gear arrived quickly and is good quality. Used it for a longsword tournament and had no problems with it.

The website is clear, easy to navigate, and ordering was simple. Shipping was fast, and the quality of the HEMA gear I ordered — including the fencing mask, gloves, and other equipment — is excellent. Everything feels durable and well made. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Faits d'Armes is Quick to ship the order, quick to reply to emails, replies to phone calls as well, and does this in a consistent manner. It is always a good shopping experience :) I would love to have free delivery to Denmark, as there is for most neighboring European countries.

I placed 2 orders with them. It took an awful long time to deliver the first order (like a month, but I was not in a hurry so fine with me); the second order arrived in 3 days. The quality of the product (gorgette de protection) was OK.

Item described pain free and excellent quality. Only improvement was it wasn't made clear the item was out of stock when ordered, so delivery was slightly longer than expected.

Where fast delivery and the product is good

Very smooth process overall both in terms of communication and ordering. When some of the items were delayed at the manufacturer the items already in stock was sent so the shipment was turned into a 2-part shipment so we didn't wait long for the things. Highly recommend.
