Very reliable shop! If anything, I'd like to know if some items have longer delivery time than expected and a possibility to choose, whether I want some of the stuff in advance and the rest as an open, pending order. The information of the delivery is high quality, and I have never been dissatisfied after receiving the order. The quality control of Faits D' Armes is well kept.

My first order with the company was exactly what was ordered, all the parts were present and correct and nothing was out of place. My experience was good enough that I recommended the company to others in my club. This order arrived very quickly, but the gorget is incredibly cheap looking. Every edge of the hard plastic is unfinished, and jagged, like it was hacked at rather than cut. There is a sharp prominence that almost cut me, and there is a chip in the centre front of the blade catcher. At the bottom of the plastic protector, the angle is uneven and asymmetric, and there is a large gouge at the apex. The protector is also sewn onto the band off centre, which makes it difficult to get it to sit properly. It looks unfinished, and (with shipping) this cost me nearly $100aud, a cost that I would not have paid for this item if I knew it's condition. So, really, you experience depends on what you order from them.

The website is clear, easy to navigate, and ordering was simple. Shipping was fast, and the quality of the HEMA gear I ordered — including the fencing mask, gloves, and other equipment — is excellent. Everything feels durable and well made. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Faits d'Armes is Quick to ship the order, quick to reply to emails, replies to phone calls as well, and does this in a consistent manner. It is always a good shopping experience :) I would love to have free delivery to Denmark, as there is for most neighboring European countries.

I placed 2 orders with them. It took an awful long time to deliver the first order (like a month, but I was not in a hurry so fine with me); the second order arrived in 3 days. The quality of the product (gorgette de protection) was OK.

Item described pain free and excellent quality. Only improvement was it wasn't made clear the item was out of stock when ordered, so delivery was slightly longer than expected.

Order was sent sooner than promised. However should avoid aus post as they're crap, have been telling me the package is out for delivery for 5 days, with a no explanation "delayed" for last 2

Very smooth process overall both in terms of communication and ordering. When some of the items were delayed at the manufacturer the items already in stock was sent so the shipment was turned into a 2-part shipment so we didn't wait long for the things. Highly recommend.
