During a wedding service, someone unfortunately stole my ND filter. I had to quickly search for a new filter. That's when I discovered this site. I contacted them by email to explain my situation and informed them of the urgency of my order. They responded very quickly, understanding my situation perfectly, and assured me they would take the necessary steps for fast shipping. Result: I received my new filter the day before my next wedding! I greatly appreciated their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. A team that listens and truly knows how to take care of its customers. I recommend them 300%! Thank you again for your efficiency!

After a previous failed purchase attempt, it worked the second time. As the sales info mentioned, the device was delivered the next day. The delivery info from the courier (Trunkrs) was also excellent, with regular updates and space where you could provide the courier with extra delivery info (in my case, this was not taken into account). All in all, good service.

Good rating for kamera-express.fr, but I only gave 4 stars because the delivery by the French post was terrible. It's almost every time with the French post that there's a delivery problem. Here the delivery person didn't even bother to ring the bell for delivery and this: twice!, left a notice each time but ignored my request to leave my package at a depot listed on their site! I had to go to the post office! Another time with another seller (amazon), my package was stolen after being photographed in my mailbox by the delivery person, stolen by whom? : 1) the delivery person? 2) someone else with a key in less than 5 minutes, 3) me! ... I have an idea but no proof, ultimately I was considered the thief by the post and amazon! I have long avoided deliveries by post colissimo ... every time there's a problem. kamera-express should change their delivery service as the French post might cost them customers.

Good offer and quick delivery. Customer service in case of problems is also customer-oriented and professional. My drone was defective after 1 day. In the store, they immediately checked and found it wasn't a mechanical defect but seemed to be a software issue. Since it was so soon after the purchase, they immediately exchanged it for a new one so that I could still take the drone on vacation. And I had bought it especially for that. I don't know if this is more common with the DJI Neo 2 or if I just had bad luck, but in any case, it was well resolved.

The device works well but I can't completely turn off the screensaver on our Samsung phones. Maximum 10 minutes. If you don't perform actions within that time, the phone changes mode and you need to reset everything again. Then the second problem emerges. Releasing the 'pressure' needs practice. It's best to use the corner of the orange cap, which you need to unscrew for this. It's probably intended that way too, but it's not mentioned in the sparse description. Overall, everything works as desired and the underwater recordings were quite good. I am satisfied! But it's not for professional recordings and it also depends on good lighting.

The extra grip for the Fujifilm X-E5 is nice but it comes with extra weight. The base plate is quite robust. It's a bit of a pity in terms of weight, but the construction and fit are top-notch. The carrying comfort with a large lens like the 56 mm or 90 mm is really much better. With the kit lens, it's questionable whether the extra grip adds anything.

Canon eos 90d body purchased. Excellent condition as described in the advertisement. Fast delivery and clear information. A downside was the way it was packaged. The camera was in the original box with a lot of protective material around it. However, the "outer box" was made of very thin cardboard and poorly sealed. It was almost open on the side. Now, I had the package delivered to a locker because I think if it had been delivered to my home by a regular van, the camera would no longer have been in the box, it would have simply fallen out.

I wonder if all these settings are useful? I've been using it for a few days now. I've always photographed with an SLR and various lenses, yet I'm surprised by the image quality. Such a small thing. As for the online manual, it's subpar, no page indication. It could have been simpler. But for me, there is only one judgment, which is after the photo is printed at 60x40. That determines, and only that determines, the quality of the device. ....that's for a later review..but at first glance .....top.

I ordered a Boox tablet. But unfortunately, the product did not fully meet my expectations: I found the e-ink color screen too dark. I thought, oh no, I’ve already unpacked the product, can I still return it? But yes, I was able to return the product without any issues and got the full purchase amount back. Also, just good service regarding delivery and the customer service I called. I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to mention this.

Flawless and prompt delivery. The products were delivered in original packaging and as ordered. Fast customer service. I had an order of 2 products and expected the delivery of both products at the same time. However, the delivery occurred in 2 partial shipments on 2 consecutive days. After receiving the first package, I immediately sent a complaint about the missing 2nd product. It was delivered the next day and I withdrew the complaint. Nevertheless, I received a response from customer service to my complaint within 24 hours.

After seeing low and interesting prices, I wanted to order. I tried for 3 hours to pay by bank card. Several attempts with 2 Mastercards, a Visa, and eventually, in desperation, through PayPal. Meanwhile, I removed my ad-blocker extensions, used a clean browser, and removed my DNS. No way to pay. The website forbade this option: "Payment failed" I recall. Weary of the struggle, I asked to do it via bank transfer, which caused me anxiety. Moreover, it delays the delivery by one to three days. By the way, I learned that some users needed to request a manual verification, as their system sometimes fails as well. After that, although it wasn't their fault, the delivery by La Poste was disrupted and took longer than expected; but 10 to 12 days after ordering, it was in hand. The customer service seems engaged in their communication, polite and willing, but apparently, these problems persist. On the other hand, the products arrived and are compliant. The experience was nonetheless rather rough. Best of luck to the team, I know you will read this message.

Order went fine. Camera and lenses work well. However, I found that the zoom lens 50-250 was quite rattling and called Kamera Express. Explained what I heard and the helpdesk staff did not find it good and recommended visiting a store. I then drove from Harderwijk to the Zwolle branch. The counter staff listened to me and said immediately that it is a normal sound for a lens with stabilization. Inspection of the lens confirmed her opinion. To convince me, another lens was taken and it rattled exactly the same. So, I was well helped here, but the waste of fuel and parking money would not have been necessary if the phone staff had enough knowledge. It's a pity, perhaps Kamera Express had an intern on the phone on Saturday?

My new drone was cheaper in the online shop in Germany than in Luxembourg or Belgium. After my order, everything was delivered very quickly. However, via a delivery address in Trier, from where the Luxembourgish post brought the package to Luxembourg. Actually hard to understand that delivery is only within Germany and Austria. Still, I saved 150 €. Thanks

Huge assortment, good prices, short delivery time, good support, excellent service. What more could you want? 'Ordered today, in the house tomorrow' was perfectly accomplished. Shipping with code, so safe. 5-year warranty. I bought a different camera a few months ago than now, which disappointed me greatly in terms of performance and could be returned without any issues. That's what I call good service.

Every time I purchase something from Kamera Express, I encounter a problem. It's true that they offer a very wide selection of products, which is appreciated, but this doesn't necessarily mean the service is good. Unfortunately, in Belgium, we don't have many alternatives. With every purchase, whether online or directly in-store, I then have to send an email or call to request that my invoice be sent via Peppol. In my last order, I bought three products that I needed for a shoot planned roughly 20 days later. More than 10 days have already passed, and two of the three products have still not arrived. Nobody informed me of the delay. I had to call and send emails myself to find out what was happening, and to this day, I don't even know if I will receive the equipment in time for my shoot. For this reason, I give two stars. If there were more interesting alternatives in Belgium, it wouldn't be a company I would recommend.

Unfortunately, there are still some points for improvement. We had ordered binoculars, they were in stock and supposed to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, after 4 days it was still not there. We were informed via a chat conversation that there was an issue with transitioning to a new system. You would expect it to be processed manually then. But unfortunately, after a week of waiting still nothing. On Friday, I spoke again with customer service, they tried to resolve it, and the solution was to pick it up myself at the store in Amsterdam. Next day to the store. I told my whole story to the employee, who asked me all sorts of questions, and then after 15 minutes said: Oh, I have set it aside for you here! Well, he wanted all the information was his response when I said he could have said that right away. But anyway, he took everything out of the box? And asked if we knew how it worked??? Binoculars, not an atom-splitter, huh. But it is a gift. Quickly everything back in the box, pay and go. Gift given to the birthday person, it turns out no covers for the rear lenses. Listed on the box. Called customer service, who already recognized me, first response was then just drive back...well, I'm not going another 40 minutes back and forth. Unfortunately. Well, they were going to email the store and I would get a call. Heard nothing more. Tuesday called myself, employees had emailed back saying it wasn't included. Customer service guy took a look and I was right, emailed again. Nothing happened, called customer service again who already recognized me, looked again and yeah, it was included. Good solution, maybe you can buy universal caps yourself?? Later she said, I almost dare not say it but it might be that you have to return everything in the packaging...problem if you've just given it as a gift. I asked if you could still ask to have it sent...what do you think, to date it remains silent at camera express (well, leave the express out) too bad, but I'll never buy anything here again!

First went to the store. Well served, good information, nothing wrong. Later ordered the camera via the internet. Order fine, delivered quickly, nothing wrong with that either. Then came the disappointment. The original Nikon battery was broken. It can happen. Email to KE. Response: come to the store (60 km) or send it to the repair department (without address or instructions). Am I expecting too much if I think KE will send a new battery directly? With the kind request to return the old one (at KE's expense, of course). Now no enthusiastic response...

After suddenly seeing their ads everywhere, and since I needed a memory card anyway, I gave Kamera-Express a chance. Order processed as usual via PayPal and a few days later the memory card was in the mailbox. Unfortunately, only in a case without packaging, but that's probably better for the memory card. Shipping was from NL, which surprised me, but it arrived quickly.

Very simple and intuitive ordering process. Neat information on the website and very important: a customer service that responds properly to questions. A cashback of 100€ was mentioned for the camera I purchased, but when my order arrived, there was nothing to be found about it. One email as a reply to my purchase confirmation, and I received a prompt answer, including the link where I needed to be. Nice to feel treated like this as a customer.

it was the second time I ordered a second-hand macro lens from Kamera Express. With my first, I had quite a bit of bad luck when I unfortunately dropped it last year and it broke... This was unfortunately my own fault... But now it arrived today, and I was able to test it immediately on a common blue and a swallowtail in the garden. I think it's great that Kamera Express offers very affordable and recent second-hand cameras at a very reasonable price! I hope I will enjoy this one more than the first!
