Lead time for custom-made is okay. Information on production and delivery progress also good and helpful. Delivery as stated and on time. Product well packed, installation instructions easy to understand and comprehensible. So far I give 5 stars.\nBut: After opening the box, I had doubts about the measurements. Unfortunately, the measurements I provided are not included in any order confirmation/invoice (-1 star). An email was supposed to bring clarity but was rejected by the spam filter (- another star).\nI then unpacked everything, and the measurements fit. The pleated blind is relatively stiff, but I hope it will improve.

I was advised via WhatsApp and it was a complete success. The delivery also came promptly and everything fit. Just as I wanted it. Simply great.

Product is satisfactory. The installation video could be a bit more detailed. Remove the tape around it first before attaching it to the frame. Otherwise, you won't be able to remove it from the back.

The website is simple in my eyes, which I find good, anything else would only distract from the order. The ordering process and handling were as expected, also good. The delivery time was greatly exceeded, which is really a shame. For the delivery, I had to take a total of 3 days off because it was postponed again and again, and then they were delivered in the evening at 7 p.m., so I didn't need to take time off at all. The parts themselves were well glued but flew around very loosely in the box, luckily nothing was broken. I can't say much about the quality yet, but they make a good impression. I would have liked the lower profile to have water drain holes drilled in, as rainwater remaining there is inevitable, I will now do it myself.

On May 10, ordered 4 insect screens. On June 5, received an email that my order is ready for shipping. On June 11, contacted customer service with the question if it's known when I can expect my order. On June 12, it was supposed to be shipped. On June 15, finally received a track and trace with delivery date June 16. Today, on June 17, still received nothing. Track and trace indicates the package is on its way back to the sender. Previously ordered from Horrenmax and was very satisfied then. This order, however, is not satisfactory. Update June 25: package has already been in Horrenmax's possession for almost a week. Until today, still no shipping confirmation, so still no screens on the way. Had multiple contacts with customer service but they do not fix anything except apologizing. \nUpdate July 3: Received an email on Tuesday, June 30, asking if the package has been delivered. And if not, if I want to respond immediately so they can investigate further. Immediately replied that according to track and trace, the package has been in their possession since June 19. Until today again, no response. Filed an official request to dissolve the contract. Received a reply that this was not possible since it concerns custom-made items.\nUpdate July 17: Have now had phone contact three times on July 10, 15, and today, July 17. 3 times promised they would call back, but unfortunately, heard nothing. Also during the conversations, no solution was offered. They point to the carrier, but ultimately they are responsible. At the end of the day, sent an email that I want my money back and otherwise will take legal steps. Without any form of communication, suddenly received a shipping label from UPS in the evening. On Tuesday, July 21, the screens were delivered. Heard nothing more from Horrenmax. \nUpdate July 31: In 2 of the screens, the wires were so tightly stretched that they broke after installation. Now I have 2 defective screens. Reported this immediately to Horrenmax but now a week again without hearing anything.

I was a bit skeptical about whether I could measure correctly, but thanks to the instructions it worked. The door arrived within three weeks, and I was regularly updated.\nIt fits perfectly, seems to be of good quality, and the setup was simple. There was also a guide for that.\nWhat I wasn't aware of is that I now have a fly screen door with a central locking mechanism for my half patio door. I thought the closure would be on the side. It doesn’t bother me, maybe I didn’t read it properly.

Don't get me wrong. The product is good. More than good. But there was no transparency about the long delivery time (that it takes long is not the problem, but that it's not clear). And the installation is not clear. There is no clear step-by-step. The profiles I had do not match with the online video.

In the beginning, communication wasn’t so good But it improved later, and then there was good service

Upon receiving the screen, it turned out I had ordered the wrong product (a screen for my Velux skylights instead of the duo-plisse screen). I immediately sent an email and received a quick response, but since it was a custom-made product, I couldn't return the screen. However, a solution was immediately considered (a discount on a future order or adjustment of the current screen). This wasn't a solution for me due to the cost and delivery time, but a compliment to (Diana) for the clear and quick email response and the offer. Better luck next time ;-)

Perfectly tailored, robust and easy to install. Good price-quality ratio. If I need a product like this again in the future, Horrenmax will be the first stop.

Beautiful screen with minimalist frame. Exactly what we were looking for. Received clear advice via WhatsApp on the correct dimensions. The delivery time was slightly longer than initially indicated because our specific RAL color was not in stock, but everything was communicated properly, and it was worth the wait. Very happy with the final product.

Really excited about the fly screen door, in my opinion, high-quality material and very good workmanship. Technically well-thought-out design, easy to install and the operation of the door is as precise as it is pleasant. Oh yes, the customer service is just as good, with technical questions beforehand. Visually a stunner, thank you very much.

The fly screen was delivered fairly on time. The product itself could be assembled well.\nHowever, in my opinion, the product is not really suitable for large skylights, as it sags at a certain length, allowing insects to still get through the frame.\nTherefore, the service was contacted multiple times (via contact form, call, and email), but neither the promised call back for the same day nor any other response has been received after more than a week. In the meantime, we have found a solution ourselves, and both the blackout and the fly screen now work well.

I would like to give 4 or 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with Horrenmax is not so positive. First, the delivery time. The stated delivery time at order of 9-15 working days was not met. Emailed after 19 days. The answer: "we expect to finish production this week" .. Emailed again a week later. The answer: "We expect to ship at the latest next week" .. In total, the order took almost 8 weeks - so 5 weeks longer than stated. But the biggest disappointment is that the first screen I wanted to place didn't have the correct dimensions. 3mm deviation in both width and length. And thus the screen doesn't fit in my frame. Some of the other screens from the same order do have the correct size; some also have a 1-2mm deviation in dimensions; but because the deviation is smaller, I was still able to fit them tightly. The screens themselves are nice / good quality. But in some spots, things weren't thought through, particularly with the installation in the frame of the larger pleated screens / doors. Here the magnetic strip or the pleated screen itself is in the way of driving in a screw. Therefore, you can only secure it well with double-sided tape. Which I am not a fan of. What is also unfortunate with the pleated screen doors is that you see the cords of the pleated screen running in the bottom rail. I'm curious how this will look after a few years and if it will still work well. Product quality (if dimensions are correct) definitely 4 stars; but mainly the communication is a huge downside. Curious how they will solve the issue with the dimensions and if it will take another 8 weeks (..)

Delivery within the specified time, good quality.\n\nInstalling was clear with the help of the videos. The only thing was that with the double screen door it was not clearly indicated that the wires at the top had to go from left to right (and vice versa), if that had been mentioned it would have gone even faster

The product is fine, works well, is well-sized and easy to assemble. Had to wait a little longer than hoped, but I'm very happy with it.
