Very good product very discreet when in place easy to assemble only problem was the delivery time

Delivery period was 4-5 weeks ( 3 weeks longer than initially advised) and there was no update from the company until i chased them. Once delivered, the box was ripped and the frame of the blinds bent in multiple locations. I took photos and contacted customer support, just to be told the damage can be straightened with pliers and once straight, i can hide the damage by fitting the damaged side against the window. Not the answer I expected after paying £500 for 2 blinds. After my reply, they did offer to send replacement profile, however I wasn’t going to wait another 4weeks for it to come. The product itself is quite nice and the frame and flyscreen look quite strong and durable. Unfortunately i cannot say the same about the blackout blind. Once shut, if the window is open, the mildest wind will blow the blind out of the frame. It is relatively easy to put them back in, however after a while you will see marks where the blind bent.

Apart from the order taking AGES - months before it arrived - all is good. Because of the very late arrival we didn't have it for the summer after all: if I'd known that I'd have ordered it much earlier. We have managed to adapt the flyscreen to fit our door handle better, by cutting off some of the side. Works very well.

Screen is good, works well and is well made, all measurement correct BUT. I had to wait twice as long as advertised for the delivery, I appriciate that it was a very busy time but I was not kept informed or given reasons for the delay .so please set up a system which informs customers of any delays which I appriciate often occure. Great product and easy to install, small criticism the video doesn’t show how the smaller optional bottom track is fitted ensuring the 3 bottom guide strings are fitted behind the corner section. Otherwise it is a great project, now we can sit in the conservatory with double doors open all day with no beasties disturbing us 😊👏

The blinds came from mainland Europe and took quite a while to arrive, however when they arrived they where good quality and easy to assemble and I am really happy with the result

Simple to install, un intrusive, well made and an absolute godsend in the warm weather. I was concerned that our pets would break it by trying to get through, while they did try initially and distorted the screen it all popped back into place and you can’t tell.

Wait until i have received what i ordered before you ask me if you're any good 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fits perfect and works as expected. Only issue was the screen doesn’t come with instructions in the box and the online video wasn’t overly helpful, particularly as we had ordered a double door and the only video I could find was for a single door, so didn’t explain everything we needed to know.l to install properly. We had to use some guess work.

Great screens if only they could be dispatched quicker , I’d have more screens from you , just not quick enough
