Good delivered quality, comparatively easy assembly, good fit. Overall a solid experience... After shipping with UPS, if you are not present when the package arrives, it is simply taken to a shipping center about 20 km away. There is no option to authorize a drop-off or to notify a neighbor in the same building with UPS. I had to take time off work as I needed the package quickly and couldn't travel to pick it up.

I received my order last week: duo pleated curtain.\nThe product looks nice and neat and works fine, but I couldn't open the instruction video\nafter a bit of tinkering, I managed to install the curtain.\nHowever, I have a comment about the cover plates, they don't fit, and the color is white, while the duo pleated curtain is anthracite; in my opinion, there should simply be anthracite-colored caps to cover the\nscrew heads\nwith kind regards\nJan\n

I wanted fly screens and pleated blinds for my house but didn't really know how to measure them properly. I was excellently assisted via WhatsApp by a friendly employee who guided me step by step through the measuring process. Since I'm not handy, I had Horrenmax carry out the installation. 2 weeks after the order, I was contacted for a mounting appointment, and a week later, a friendly installer perfectly mounted everything. We are happy with the result and will soon also order DUO fly screen-pleated blinds for the bedrooms. Thanks for the good service!

I found it very exciting after reading all the negative reviews. But thank goodness, for me it was \"all's well that ends well\"! The promised delivery time was not met for me either (3 months), and I also couldn't get in touch with customer service by phone. My communication was via email and WhatsApp. Sometimes through a chatbot, but mostly with a person (always the same one). I used the in-home measurement service, which was done very correctly. I also used the installation service. I am extremely satisfied with that too! I ordered an insect door with blackout, two window screens with blackout, and two regular window screens. Additionally, an electrically operated pleated blind. The latter didn’t work properly, but that was immediately addressed and sorted out (via app). Delivery of my order was partly with UPS, partly with the installer. Everything was well packaged and undamaged. Now that everything is up and it truly enhances my home (beautiful quality), the waiting has, in hindsight, been more than worth it!!!

Unfortunately, I have only very little space between the blinds and the window frame, which made many manufacturers impossible. Additionally, I absolutely wanted a palissade. The palissade is narrow enough to be installed in this area and has sufficient width so that I could use it for my double door. Simply top - the next summer can come.

It started a bit rough with delivery time and despite Murphy's law with the courier service, ultimately very satisfied. Due to a mistake on my part (I had switched the measurements), I had a problem. Horrenmax really helped think of a solution. And the screen door fits perfectly. Installation is simple and quick to execute. Satisfied. 😊

Since I did not provide the correct size myself, it was perfectly resolved by Horrenmax by delivering a new custom-made door. The contact with the employees is excellent and very friendly. The quality of the door is top-notch. Truly a recommendation to order a product here.

I am very satisfied with Fliegengittermaxx, first regarding the product, we have an approximately 240 cm high insect screen door. The quality is excellent, the installation and assembly were easy and went smoothly. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in measuring; I took the wrong measurement for the height. I misunderstood the instructions. With an incorrect height, there's not much you can do except replace the entire door. The truly friendly team at Fliegengittermaxx graciously replaced the entire door, and as mentioned above, everything went perfectly. We are very satisfied with the quality and service. What is special about Horremax is the service and especially Anna from customer service. What quality this company delivers!!! Not only with the product but also with the service!! I had ordered 3 combinations of screens. During the first installation, it went wrong, and a wire broke. It was, of course, unfortunate. But thanks to the great service and email communication with Anna from customer service, the screen is now perfectly hanging and repaired in its place!!! Pleated mosquito net for custom-made windows. The advantage is the product quality: metal frame painted in your color if needed, strong slightly metallized fabric, optional magnetic closure, fits into the frame and makes the mosquito net completely sealed. Quite easy to assemble, although the tutorial is not perfectly clear. Assembly error corrected on the first mosquito net. A video with a fixed frame of someone doing the assembly would be clearer. Fixation by sticking with transparent double-sided tape bought on the site. Possible to find much cheaper in stores. It holds very well and facilitates installation without damaging the window frames. The downside is the packaging, one package completely open, the second with staples torn in the middle and the third after the others no longer had the sparse polystyrene protection inside, staples torn and the package retaped at the end and at two places in the length. The packaging clearly needs to be reviewed. Fortunately, no breakage or loss of plastic connection caps, one fell off when taking the package from the courier... I forgot to mention, the posts are protected by plastic to avoid scratching them during installation. Do a test before applying the tapes… on two windows I had silicone in the corners of my frame preventing the mosquito net from sticking and thus the tape from adhering. Sometimes the frame is not flat and if there is a hollow, put two or three layers of tape to compensate. Very happy, it looks very neat and of high quality. However, I had a delay in receiving them, 1 month I would say. It is probably because the season is just starting! And keep your dimensions per room on a piece of paper, the room information is lost on the site order and on the small label on each mosquito net, there are just the measurements. The label is on the edge of each mosquito net.

The service from horrenmax was okay. There was some delay in making the screens, which unfortunately wasn't communicated until I followed up myself. Otherwise, no special issues. What really brings the rating down, however, is the collaboration with UPS. They took 3 weeks to get this to me with the necessary poor customer service, etc. Although it may seem strange to give you such a low rating for UPS's shortcomings, you still enter into that collaboration. Also, take a look at UPS's rating on Trustpilot. Due to this collaboration, I will definitely be getting the rest of the screens for the windows in the house from another store. Unfortunately, because otherwise, there wasn't much wrong with horrenmax. Update: There was contact regarding the above problems. Appropriate compensation was provided for the delivery problems from horrenmax. It was also indicated that they have hired extra staff for customer service and are working with UPS to look into the issues. This was an overall pleasant conversation, which made me adjust the rating. I hope to be able to give this rating right away in the future!

Frankly, a great discovery this site! A customer service (Julia) truly responsive and with relevant information, A product well packaged, A frame that lives up to its promises (thickness 18mm), of good quality, A canvas that also seems to be of very good quality A result once placed that is really top-notch! In short, it was my first order on the site, but not the last as I have more rooms to equip...

The processing and delivery took some time. The communication was excellent. I was continuously informed about the production status and shipping. The goods were well packaged and delivered on time. I couldn't use the attached video description of the assembly for my product. With some logic and skill, I managed it without the assembly instructions. The three differently sized doors fit perfectly and work well as hoped and expected.

On May 2nd, I ordered a pleated screen door for 488 euros and received no update for four weeks. After sending an email and calling, I also received no response for a long time. Eventually, I received a response and after a sincere apology for the poor communication, I received my screen door and am very happy with it. Good quality and easy to install. If the communication had been good, I would have given 5 stars.

After waiting for our curtain for a while, we finally received it without instructions. I didn't understand how it was supposed to be hung, so I contacted customer service. This didn’t go very smoothly. I eventually received an extra strip, but this was also incorrect. It turned out our frame was not suitable for this system (even though the website states it is suitable for all frames). After many emails back and forth, I just received a nice email with sincere apologies and we are getting our purchase amount back. So it is very nicely finally resolved.

Beautifully tailored and easy to install. When we had some questions, they were addressed immediately, and we were kindly assisted. Very happy with it, we will order another one from Horrenmax :)

Everything is fine, easy instructions, great video for assembly, simply plug together and screw on.\n\nHowever, I point out that only the corners are screwed. Therefore, we had to come up with a solution on the right and left as well as the entire upper edge to close the gaps.\nOne might have made a clamp in the middle to properly secure or press the edge. Therefore, we had to fill the gaps with mounting adhesive. On the upper edge, we double-glued Tesamoll seal.

Saw Horrenmax on Facebook and ordered a screen for our patio doors. Measured myself and easily ordered via the website. Our screen is anti-pollen and also darkens the light that shines on it well. The frame is really very solid and very neat in color. A 12m roll of tape to attach everything to my plastic window frames. The tape is very strong and sticks very well both to the frame and the stone floor after cleaning first. The two doors have a strong magnet over the entire height, making the door close very tightly. Fortunately, the doors do not slam all the way open when you open them but open smoothly by hand. Very pleased with the communication and the quality-price ratio. Thanks for the fine delivery and the prompt responses via email to questions.

A screen door ordered at horrenmax. Clear measuring instructions, nothing to complain about there. The door is fine in itself. However, there are also disadvantages, which is why I'm writing a worse review than I would like. You order a screen and then hear nothing more. I followed up myself and was then told I would have received an email about the delay (could be, but keep people informed earlier). After repeatedly contacting to find out where my screen was, it just dragged on. Then you get the response that it has been shipped and it takes almost a week more for the carrier to have it. Waiting is fine in itself, but it is irritating that you feel unheard. We have a screen door in the day and then the biggest irritation comes the fastening. There are no holes anywhere to make this feasible. Eventually, I had to drill holes myself, but this seems far from the intention. I need more screens, but now unfortunately I'm going elsewhere.

The helpdesk gave me clear instructions on how to measure up my fly screen. The quality is excellent and much better than I’d expected for that price.
