I have had to order two items for one job. It could be put more specifically what sizes the hoses were and put more clearly items on a wait delivery.
For example the part I ordered end of last year when eventually arrived the A/C was away for winter. When I went to use it this year I found that the part was too big in diameter for my unit

No information on delivery only order was on way. It was lucky we were in to receive delivery.
The unit came with a European none fused plug!
If you are supplying UK markets it a law you fit the relevant plug.

purchased an item online, then realised it is from europe and would have two pin plug, i requested a refund, I received a reply stating that it had been passed to the accounts department and it would be processes with 14 days or sometimes it can take over a month, surely this is an unacceptable amount of time, i still await a refund after a week so far, there are no updates.
