So easy and so quick
I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from here as it is a struggle to return a faulty item and even if you return it after a day of purchasing and delivery they refuse to refund you your money the options are they test it and send you a next one out which isn't right I have a bought a kitchenaid k400 and they refused to send me back a return label I have to find shipping company to return this myself at my own risk and with my own money I'm going to have to take it up with the 14days rights be law now in order to have a refund

My kettle is faulty and I want to return it was refused help on the phone and told to email Customer Support, which I have now done. Auto response said I would receive a reply in the next 3 days - not good enough I've only had the kettle a week!
