didn't get next day as advertise when we got it it was broken wouldent collect so had to take to post office (large box) still waiting for replacement !!!!!!!
Let down with my order which could have arrived in the Saturday but was then informed that wouldn’t be happening.
Yes my delivery fee was refunded but the real problem was it was my wife’s 50th.
Juicers’s say they use other delivery companies but that was not offered to me.
I have been refunded my total cost.
There is a lack of communication from Juicers on the journey of refunding ie nothing to say they had received it.
I also found the female advisor when I called quite abrupt it seemed to me she wasn’t to bothered and gave me the impression she wanted to be elsewhere. Not a good shopping experience I’m afraid.
