Good customer service
Do not trust special offers
I ordered an Ankarsrum mixer on Juicer.co.uk website as they offered a free blender attachment (prominently displayed) on the 20/12/2025.
When the blender arrived no blender was included.
I immediately contacted the company. Their initial reply was that there was no such offer. When I sent them a screenshot of their website taken on the 25/12/25 they then claimed that the offer was withdrawn from the 17/12/25 but re-instated 25/12/25 and refused to honour their offer.
As the offer was prominently displayed and I had specifically chosen Juicers.co.uk website because of this offer it is impossible that I would not have noticed the withdrawal of the offer as I had searched their website multiple times before placing the order and also on the day I placed the offer,
The company replied that they would not honour their offer as it had not been included in the receipt of their offer. This was disingenuous as they had only send a receipt confirming price paid without itemised billing (I had ordered an the vegetable cutter attachment as well - This was delivered but did not appear separately on the initial receipt).
I would have expected better from a company selling premium products.

Great juicer. Takes all my hard raw fruit and veg and even with skin! Carrots, beetroot, ginger, turmeric, apples -oranges with skin on too. its now my religous morning ritual and my children love it too.
