Fantastic selection of pictures, especially if you want something colourful that the kids can also enjoy. The quality of the item is great and the delivery just as fast as something ordered from the UK. Their frame is perspex not glass however, but every other option is exactly as you would expect. Personally I like Canvas as it doesn’t reflect light off it. I've bought from them more than once and the picture quality has been perfect. They've also got very engaging and supportive customer service. 10/10 for these guys!

I was really impressed by the website, theres so much nice artwork on there and we decided to buy 5 premium wood frammed artwork for our newly renovated hallway. Delivery was a lot quicker than expected, but 3 out of the 5 pieces were damaged and unusable! The first peice looked liked it had been jumped on, the frame was all broken and the art was crushed. The packaging it came in didnt really look like it protected the art that well enough. There needs to be more structual support in there. The other 2 damaged pieces looked like they had been manuftured incorrectly. The paper and backing were not in the frame correctly. I dont think this would have been pushed our during delivery as the little metal tabs were still infront the backing. I imagine this was done whilst placing the paper in ther frame at the factory. I also felt that in general, on all 5 pieces, the paper used for the artwork is not that thick and does cause a few ripplles in the paper that you can see whilst hung on the wall. Either the paper needs to be thicker or again it isnt in the frame correctly. Overall, for £450 for 5 peices, i was not happy with the qaulity. The return/refund process was really simple (for the damaged 3). I had to complete a form and take some photos. It took a few days to get a refund. I wouldnt really say that the process offered any apology for the probelsm i had, more just a process to get my refund done.

We ordered prints in frames and they arrived separately but the prints had got damp and wrinkled and we can't get the water wrinkles out. Slightly disappointed the prints weren't in a plastic cover to protect them but just slid into the cardboard box on the outside.

I ordered 3 items from Junique, 2 framed posters and another one unframed. I received 2 separate confirmation emails after payment, one of them confirming 2 of the items and the other email confirming 1 item. Then I thought I will receive 2 parcels, but the tracking number provided in both emails was the same one. On a Friday I received one parcel containing the unframed poster (which was creased because it came loose) an a framed one. I didn't received the third item in a separate parcel and I couldn't trace it because the number provided was the same as the parcel already received. I contacted customer services but the next day I received the missing item which arrived damaged as the poster was loose and separate from its frame...the frame caused a hole in the loose poster. I contacted customer services using their website and after a week waiting for a first reply to my initial enquiry I haven't heard from them. I am very disappointed with the whole experience and I don't know how it will end. Frustrating!!!

For nearly £50 I’d expect better quality than IKEA. Print is lovely but the frame is really flimsy. Next time will buy without a frame.
