Our daughter was looking for some animal posters for our grandsons play room. They were absolutely lovely and she cannot wait once they have been framed (she wanted to choice her own) to have them hung in the room. We would highly recommend from the choice on offer, the quality of the product and the amazing quick delivery service. Great customer service

Contacting the company isn't the easiest thing to do it appears they have one person dealing with contacts. Their tracking is a joke all it says is to contact them if you don't get your products in 10 days. There aren't timely updates on your order such as are they in production post production with delivery etc. I think this is poor practice given you pay quite a bit for the items which I don't mind however I would expect better. The website is beautiful however the company behind it doesn't match up to what the front is displaying. I am regretting ordering with them now I understand the whole CV19 thing is causing issues with companies however they appear to be using this as the only reason why their customer service is poor. They could have customer service people working from home dealing with customer enquiries etc I think they need to invest in that, take on some temporary people. There are a lot of people who aren't happy with the lack of good customer service. Once I get my two items worth £180 I very much very much doubt that I would use them again. I have lost trust, it is a pity as some of the pieces on there are amazing.

Though I received the 'your item has been shipped' email, it has now been longer than the suggested ten working days. I have emailed several times to try and find out what has happened to my order and when it will arrive... but have still received no update. I understand businesses are stretched because of Covid, but would still expect a response of some kind. Juniqe - if you read this, PLEASE get back to me.
