The brace gave much need support to wrist and thumb joints. I was in agony with arthritis pain during the day but slept with the brace on and was immediately relieved by the support it gave my aching joints. (I did try a cheaper version at 1/4 of price but this was totally inadequate and did not compare with the superior quality and structure of podapod (???) I have recommended this thumb/wrist support to many friends and relatives using the correct name may I say!

I ordered a wheeled stool, the quality is very good but i wish it was 5 cm taller. Delivery took less than a week, but I didn’t have any tracking number and any information to see when it arrives and at some point i thought i was scammed. Overall I am happy with the product but not the delivery information.

I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from the staff at Podobrace. Ordering delivery and obtaining information on products went exactly as I would want. Even when a product bought through Podobrace developed a manufacturing based issue it was replaced quickly without quibble then finally when it transpired that the fault was a manufacturing issue possibly inherent in the design they immediately triggered full refund without even requiring a return of goods - though I had sent clear photographs of the problem. In short a great company. Indeed I went back and ordered an alternative design to the failed item and that has proved perfect.

My purchased item developed a small flaw so I got in touch and was immediatelly offered a replacement and within the day a notification that it had been shipped. Seems to work well and add comfort and support but bit pricey

Choosing something as important as a hernia belt, online, whilst you are suffering from a hernia, is not easy. There are so many price driven items illustrated, all claiming to be "miraculous", but which , in practice, fall short of such claims for one reason or another. Reading reviews is essential, because, unless you know someone suffering from a similar condition with whom you can discuss, it's all a bit of a minefield. After wearing a upper middle price belts, which was very comfortable until the fastenings failed, I decided to investigate double the price belts. I found Podobrace. I'd never heard of them, but they read very well and after much deliberation I ordered a belt from them. Podobrace are Dutch, absolutely nothing wrong with that except the UK stupidly voted for Brexit. Transaction was easy and delivery quick. The product is Turkish, I've no problem with that, very well made, excellent fastenings, takes a bit of getting used to, but it is comfortable and easy to put on and take off. No one person is the same, so expect to have some adjusting to do during the day. Your hernia will come out whilst you are wearing it, but push it back, make a minor adjustment and carry on. This belt is more than OK.

No pain while it . Fiddly to put on .

The order and processing were straightforward and efficient even though it was not made clear that the product was not sent from within the UK. It will take time to judge whether the insoles purchased will help with my foot comfort.

Often good customer service can be measured by how an organisation responds to a mistake. I received the wrong size insole. A prompt apology (no need to return wrong sized insole). Correctly sized insole arrived days later. Impressed with professional service.

The insoles are good quality but were advertised as for racket sports. They are thicker than I expected and so elevated in height. For racket sports you need to be closer to the ground for stability. For example pro squash court shoes have very thin soles for this reason.

This was ok didn’t make a huge difference to my tennis elbow pain also it went very bobbly even before washing it so now looks tatty

Having unsuccessfully tried to order this product once and receiving an instant refund with no explanation I tried again a day later. Once again my order and payment went through instantly receiving a message that it had been refunded but no reason why. I really wanted this product as it looked like the best on the market and am completely disappointed that twice I’ve tried to purchase and northern time had it been successful

These are the best insoles for underpronation. I can now buy most running shoes. Really helped my recovery with my back and knee. Plus the knee sleeve is brillant, really does the job too.
