2weeks now, even moving it around the garden. Fox takes no notice of it. Was told it takes a couple of months to educate the fox. Will still be expecting a full refund in a couple of month’s.

Order never arrived and despite emailing and attempting to ring, nothing has happened very poor

Unfortunately, we did not monitor the shipment closely afterwards and only became aware of the issue after you opened a dispute via Stripe. As soon as we found out, we arranged an immediate replacement which, according to the latest tracking update, was delivered today. Regarding your comment about emails going unanswered, we have checked our records and unfortunately did not receive your previous messages.
