I have still not received my order to date and have contacted via email to say I want to cancel my order given the delay and apparently unable to contact the distributor, very disappointed in the service and still no confirmation back to confirm my refund

A costly mistake

Made a mistake and ordered the wrong height pole, was told I couldn't cancel the order (for no particular reason than it would upset the logistics) the order then arrived at the same time as the new order. It then cost me £18 to return the items and was charged a further £5 for handling when it was returned. I guess they were hoping I would just keep the items so they could make additional sales. Very poor customer service
