The recipient has yet to receive the item. Not told item out of stock until order placed & parcel force have failed to deliver even though options given.

Good day, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the delay. You ordered shortly after another customer purchased the last item in stock, and our system hadn’t updated in time. We did reach out at the time, but didn’t receive a cancellation request. Once the item was back in stock 10 days later, we shipped it immediately. ParcelForce attempted delivery three times, but unfortunately it was refused on the final attempt, and the parcel is now being returned to our warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we will issue a refund. If you would prefer us to resend the parcel instead, please let us know.
