5*. Only criticism is that I didn’t receive dispatch confirmation. Items arrived in two days without delays. Competitive prices and would use again!

Prompt delivery, quality gear
My delivery arrived promptly, all items were present and everything seems of good quality. To make it an even better experience you could include a section on your website to explain all elements required. I am new to this electric fencing lark, took some advice from a friend but there were several elements that I missed out.

Neat unit which is easy to set up
The energiser is easy to set up and handle, instructions are very clear.
Initially the wrong energiser was sent but this was quickly sorted out. The packaging on both deliveries had split by the time they reached us.

V swift service. Everything arrived within 48hrs, all present and correct. The only thing I would have liked was some instructions, but that is probably down to the manufacturer!

Why go anywhere else?
Good advice from people who know what they are talking about. Wide selection of products - this is where to go for all your electric fencing needs, and much other advice also.

Exceptionally prompt and caring response to a delivery query that was then followed until delivery completed. That is amazing customer support and rare these days; would very definitely use again and recommend to others.

Product came in timely manner and was well packed. Bought as a birthdat present, so not yet fully opened, or tested, we'll wait for the little hands to do that :)

Not yet used
I have not taken this out of the box yet, but I had previously bought the non-electrified version and the wild rabbits in the garden just chewed through it. I laced polytape through and electrified it, and problem solved (clumsily). This time I'll zap the little blighters from the beginning plus my chickens will be where I want them and I have a plentiful supply of poles by using those from the previous set too.

The fence posts are brilliant, sharp point goes into the concrete ground we have at the moment. I ordered an odd number of sets, & the single set was wrapped so tightly it had bent the posts unfortunately, but apart from that very pleased with all the products.

Order delivered really promptly. Only thing I would say is that it might be good to have more protection for the points on stakes- no problem here, but I got a lot of flak when they broke through on a delivery from another company
