I am trying desperately to receive instructions from Morrisons on returning the Heater they sent to me as it is not suitable for purpose for which I had in mind.
Supplier usually send instructions on how to return same with a reference number included which has not happened. I am 889 and do not want to have to pay for something that I will have no use for,please help.

Really good product
The products seem to be really good quality and work well.
They are easy to fit and connect.
The order was placed specifically for next working day delivery but unfortunately arrived a day late, response to my email wasn't great or quick!

Really worth while
It took a little while to make an improvement as the clothes were really damp but now the difference is great, I take now take the clothes out and wear them without having to dry them out first!
