I only gave 3 stars due to me having to ring up to find out when my order would be delivered, to find out my order had been delivered several days away, the courierer decided to hide my order away behind wheelie bins and some shuttering without telling me, if I had known Morris would have got 5 stars but I lost several days waiting. Communication is so impotrtant shame others dont think the same. I havent used them yet as I need to know next time it's in the Marina but I hope all will be well.

Products excellent, packaging and delivery poor
Products are excellent, but 2 stars knocked off - 1* for packaging and 1* for delivery. We like being able to select the warm/cool setting.
I ordered 6 lights, but there was no packing to stop them rattling around in transport, bar one token strip of useless cardboard. 1 light box had opened, 1 box was distorted. See photo.
I ordered them mid afternoon on a Thursday and selected next working day delivery. By Royal Mail, they were collected Friday (fair enough), but we're only delivered Tuesday morning. Maybe use a reliable firm like DHL.
