The goods took ages to get here and I was not able to track them so had to put sign on the door to say - I AM IN PLEASE RING BELL - as I didn't know when they were coming or who the courier was. I did not want the package left at the front door as it would have got wet with all the rain we have been having. Also the outer envelope was very thin and actually torn. No receipt inside but not all companies do that.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues with your delivery, however having looked into this, I can see that we received the order from you on the 21st of January, this was then dispatched the same day, then delivered by DPD on the 22nd of January. This was also a large order, delivered in 1 box, not a envelope.
