Ordered eight polo tops. Four come with Marks all over them. Luckily they washed out. Blue ellesse top I ordered was dark blue I received Navy, (that imo look washed out. Couldn't be bothered to return to Germany as it would of been to much hassle from the UK.
I still have NOT received my shoes as Parcelforce turned up twice without warning and failed to leave them. I spent half an hour trying to get through on the phone to them and gave up. The website they offer has a section 'to rearrange a delivery' and then tells you down that page that it is NOT possible to arrange a delivery online?
I AM VERY FRUSTARTED BY ALL OF THIS AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND,

Delivery was attempted several time, no card left on either occasion. The package was then sent to a sorting office or post office saying I had given consent which I had not, there was also no information as to where the item was sent or the ability to contact anyone to gain further information. Terribly poor delivery service and this has also happened to a customer of mine. Terrible service!

Products and service is excellent. Just had slight issue with automated address section, it didn’t print my whole address when ordering, only flat number and street. No house name.
Arrived within 7 days, tracking on delivery. Called customer services to confirm delivery address as shown in European format, customer services helpful, not too long to wait.
Good arrived as ordered, well packaged. Are a present so will wait for product verdict.
I returned a pair of new Receiver IV Carpet Women's Tennis Shoes Item no.
0141440189200020, invoice number 72218094, posting back in original packaging on 02/07/21. I paid £67.90 by Paypal. I have proof of posting for their return. NO REFUND received.
I still needed all court shoes, so I purchased from tennis-point a 2nd pair costing £87. I will retract this rating, when you refund me £67.90.
Wrong delivery address put down on my order. I sent email correcting it; they said problem had been corrected. Now they say can't deliver as address is inaccurate; still waiting for items, for which I have already paid. No indication when I will receive them. Disastrous.
