Generally excellent stock but website can be slow to respond.
The website sometime takes quite while to refresh but other wise the product range is excellent. Our third order got delayed by a courier problem by the office phoned me with updates.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of general speed issues. There is various activity going on in the background to rectify this, and I believe the web developers have recently made great progress in isolating one of the major causes, which we’re hopeful will improve things quite a bit once they’re ready to roll out the changes.
In the meantime, our apologies for any slowness experienced.

Great service! Ordered fittings at 3pm on Monday, received them before midday on Tuesday. Great stock availability on huge ranges of fittings. Will definitely use them again.
