Very fast delivery, arrived within 4 days from order, amazing customer service, they rang me a few days after delivery to see how the order went as I was one of their 1st UK customers and they'll they paid me back the £55 in shipping I had paid to get it through customers, which I wasn't expecting them to do. Amazing, would definitely order from them again.
No update on both parcels. Tracking has been frozen for 5 days afer clearing customs, is it in transit who knows, they use an automated response to all questions, with tracking link that is already what I am following. Will they chase delivery no.
No estimated delivery time "it will be with you soon" or "I have no further information" are the responses. Quite frankly the customer service is shocking and am wishing I hadn't listened to the reviews saying how great their experience was

3 deliveries for one item
I’ve asked for some information about my order - I’ve received 3 similar shaped boxes on separate days. Why is this? I don’t want to open them until I understand.

Hi Cathy, I see that you sent a message which unfortunately has not been seen by us before. Apologies for this. The reason why it was sent in separate delivery because it had to come from different warehouses to complete the order. Apologies for this. Meanwhile, I believe it has been completely resolved by our customer service and you will receive your purchase price back within a few days so you can order the correct product!
