A number of the components were broken or missing - customer services dealt with it quickly and efficiently arranging for replacement parts to be issued but these took over a week to arrive
The pumps and water gates seem very well made but the wooden components which are used to build the structure are poor quality pine and several of the boards were split

12ft Exit dome
I bought a 12ft Exit dome for a 12 ft Summer Waves pool. It fits well, though we had to reattach the hinges 3 times to avoid the filter.
Delivery was faster than expected.
The written instructions are not helpful, but the online video cleared up some of the problem bits.
As our pool was already up I had to tie the tapes off around the legs rather than secure under the legs.
It may keep the pool warmer, but it definitely prevents others form being splashed. It's been up a week and so far, I'm happy.
