Having purchased a 12ft above ground pool, it began leaking from the floor seams as soon as we had a few inches of water in. In all fairness to Exit Toys, this pool was replaced very quickly. We have now erected it and fully filled it. But much to our disappointment it has started leaking again from the seams where the floor joins the wall. It is now too late to empty the pool and dismantle it, as it was purchased for the family to use over this Bank Holiday weekend. So although Exit's service is good, the quality of the product is not !

Ladders and pool legs are substandard
I am not happy with the ladders or the pool.
The ladders are dangerous for childern without a top platform step stretching across both sides. I want a refund for this.
The fixing for the pool legs works under compression when there is water in the pool, but when building it and moving it the leg fixing falls out constantly. After 20 mins of this I resorted to taping the leg and connector to the top bar. I would not expect to have to do this for a pool that cost so much. I am happy with the pool cover, it should do well this summer.

The design is good but the quality is poor , no loops for retaining straps , nor is it possible to place the strap holders to the pool uprights when the pool is full . Time will tell but I can't see this lasting more than one or two seasons.
