Our delivery records confirm that the correct number of clips was delivered. It was three weeks after delivery that you contacted us to say that 8 clips were missing.
When we asked for clarification on how many clips had been received with the delivery, you were unfortunately unable to confirm this.
Without confirmation of how many clips had originally been received, it was not possible to determine whether any were missing, so the additional 8 clips supplied were invoiced accordingly.
