I got an hour’s notice that it was being delivered, no dispatch email. This is poor considering the size and value of my item. It was lucky I was in, especially considering the driver didn’t check I was before unloading it. From my experience with DPD he probably would have left it on the doorstep. Then an email from you 3 days AFTER delivery saying it had been dispatched. The product is great though.

I first phoned Meaco to enquire about a repair in July, the gentleman on that phone call was helpful advising my dehumidifier is still under guarantee and I would receive a box to put it into and it would be collected. I received emails suggesting a service along with the repair which I did. I was advised to phone customer service to pay for the service. I phoned at least twice an each time I was informed I would have to wait till someone called me. Nobody did. I complained and the service fee was waived. The next issue was the dpd collection. This was another nightmare as the first time the driver claimed nobody was home. The second time was the same. I was home on both occasions. I was advised by a senior person at dpd that drivers are only allowed 2 minutes at any address, the ceo denied this. I eventually got my dehumidifier back at the end of September minus the hard plastic dust filter. I phoned again and was told filters would be sent to me. Nothing arrived. I then placed an order for the hard plastic duster and hepa filters. A box of filters different to the previous original filter arrived with a white flimsy mesh cover which was the wrong size for my 18l dehumidifier. I contacted customer services and as requested I sent photos of what I had received and how I received them. I was contacted and advised they could not offer a refund as I had taken the white thing out of the box. I did not, it was loose in the paper delivery bag. I am now still waiting for the hard plastic filter to arrive . All in all I am sad to say I have found the customer service to be very poor.

Excellent delivery - arrived the next day. I have ordered 2 of these tower fans in anticipation of a heatwave next year. They were recommended to me by a friend who rates Meaco highly. As yet I haven’t used them but they look ideal for my bedroom and lounge - very stylish and won’t take up a lot of surface space.

I’m very pleased with the MeacoDry ABC 12L. It has been working really well in my bedroom, reducing the humidity from around 78% to 55–56%. It is easy to use, effective and reasonably quiet. I’m also looking forward to using the laundry mode for drying clothes. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Had it for over a week and the musty smell is gone. The air feels as fresh as the air from outside if I left my window open. So, fresh air and even more savings on the gas...which goes into the electric cost of keeping this machine on. Would have been nice if the bigger tanks weren't so expensive.

Great product, easy to use. The set-up was quite simple but not clear for a velux window vent. The generally heats up and cools as expected. The product can be quite loud when pushing air into the room but quite when maintaining the temperature. Really good product overall.

Very good delivery service. No delays, right on time. Meaco gave many updates on the process of the purchase and when I would receive it which was stop on. Haven’t needed to use my portable AC unit going into autumn. Looking forward to a comfortable cooler summer next year!

Had wanted the protective bag for the Meaco 1096 fan for ages, but seemed to be never in stock! So was glad to receive the email when it came back into stock. Was able to place the order quickly and received it the next day. Bag is of good quality and fits the fan perfectly.

Came on time. Documentation difficult in two ways, a) too small for an elderly person b) but even when I worked out how to download and therefore expand it to visibility I did not find that it was particularly comprehensive so while I think I got it right - I will have to wait and see No mention on Documentation of make or size of filter

I had a dehumidifier which lasted 13 years and was amazing. I have the new Arete Two 25l dehumidifier which I am still finding my feet with. It us great for drying washing. I hope this lasts as long as the other one which I absolutely hammered

We purchased the 2 tower 36 model fans and they were delivered the very next day. They were very easy to assemble and the operation instructions were spot on . We are very pleased with our purchase, Awaiting for the weather temperature to rise for more use.

Ordered from Meaco directly following an e-mail to let me know new stock had arrived. Delivered the very next day in the morning. Very efficient service. I've not had a chance to use it yet, but keen to secure this delivery for next year!

Great products. I have tower fan and de humidifier both are excellent. The fan is so quiet cannot hear it overnight but it keeps the bedroom cool. The se humidifier has for a couple of years now saved us money as we have dried our laundry with it.

Excellent product and value. The air purification combined with the dehumidifier has improved our air quality to the point where we can comfortably stay in our flat when previously we'd thought we'd have to move due to damp and allergies.

Device itself is great. Setup wasn’t completely clear due to already owning a Meaco dehumidifier which meant adding the device to the app used a different flow which wasn’t documented. When calling support I was cut-off twice. Post setup has been flawless though and the device itself is great.

Good service delivered on time, very small problem with date on warranty, sorted out quickly by phone, with a follow up email confirmtion, so brilliant feedback. Not a problem, but getting the aircon out the box was fun.

Products? SECOND TO NONE! Customer Service? SECOND TO NONE! Dealing with a few years now and had 4 products in total . Great quality & robustness My home is both damp & insect free since dehumidifier with much lower fuel bills!

This is the third one we have purchased for various relatives as they are so good! Perfect size for drying laundry when it’s wet outside and you don’t or can’t use a tumble dryer. My son took one to uni and it was invaluable.

What a brilliant machine had a damp issue in my bedroom due to a leak in the chimney fixed that problem and left the dehumidifier on for two days, damp issue now solved the machine worked brilliantly. Can’t fault it best purchase ever.
