Review summary
Customers are generally pleased with the comfort of the products and frequently highlight the wide range of styles and colours, as well as the attractive seasonal updates. Many also express satisfaction with the fit and commend the quality of materials and construction. Delivery speed and reliability receive positive remarks, and some customers find the customer service to be friendly and helpful. However, there are notable concerns regarding inconsistencies and confusion around sizing. Some customers report thin fabric or product defects, and a number of reviews mention missing packages or unexpected delivery costs. The returns process is often described as frustrating, due to slow refunds, missing labels, and overall difficulty returning items. Additionally, some customers experience challenges in receiving timely responses or assistance from customer service.

They were so long I’d have had to take them to be shortened then the look would have changed too much to be anything like the originals so they’ve gone back
Reply from nydj.uk
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the trousers were so long that shortening them would have changed the overall look and fit too much. We understand your decision to return them and will take your feedback regarding the length on board.

Iti s important to make it clear when sold in the UK that we choose a size below what we usually have
Reply from nydj.uk
Thank you for your feedback! With NYDJ, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your usual size. This sizing advice is included in the product description of all our jeans to help you choose the right fit.

Linen trousers (pants)
I ordered a size smaller than my usual U.K. size and it was still too big. Not sufficient petite sizes.
I had to return the order on 1st June and no acknowledgment that the parcel is on its way back. This is usually the case with many retailers when the return label is scanned.
The quality of the trousers was great so I was disappointed to return it and not be able to reorder.

Dear Maria,
Thank you for your lovely comments on the quality of the trousers — we're only sorry the fit and our limited petite range meant you had to return them. We're sorry too that your return wasn't acknowledged; you should receive confirmation once it's scanned. Please reply quoting #19360 and we'll confirm receipt and help you find a petite size that works.
Kind regards,
The NYDJ Team

Great service.
I have used NYDJ.UK for my last three pintuck blouses ( I have a few!) as other outlets stopped delivering to my location. Their service is efficient and friendly. Well done.

Best fitting jeans around. Slight reservation - recent ‘Marylin’ straight jeans seem a little different from others I’ve had a while - fit not quite the same. Change of supplier maybe?
