Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD.
This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!
Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Placed order in-line. Only half the order was shipped. Unable to contact them by phone and not bothering to reply to my emails.
I was sent incorrect parts and have sent them 2 emails requesting the correct parts or a refund and have had no response.

Hi,
Thanks for your review. Having checked all of our records we have absolutely no record of ever having any contact with you other than the usual order confirmation emails. You ordered the product at 11am on the 25th July, it was dispatched at 12:25 the same day and delivered by Royal Mail on the 27th July. Less than 48 hours between the order being placed and you receiving it.
However, if you are still unhappy please return the product unused and in the original packaging and we will provide you with a full refund.

As per our email correspondence we are currently waiting on FedEx for further information. According to their tracking records the item was delivered at 12:24 on the 18th August.
