Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD.
This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!
Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!
Overall I scored it good, but gave one star less due to one item not being sent at the same time as the other two with all 3 items being on the same order.
If something is on back order that's fair enough but there wasn't any communication to advise me which lead to me emailing them.
Not a major issue but something I thought I'd messed up.
Overall though, good pricing, genuine parts so would definitely give them my business in the future.

Item arrived in the suggested time scale but would liked to have had more updates on order progress.
The battery charger that arrived with it is unusable as it has not got a 3pin plug it has a 2 pin round plug.
Satisfied with the product apart from the incorrect charger.

Wide variety of mowers.
I felt communication could be better because there was a delay in my order and the responses I got were different each time I phoned.
Once the problems at Mowers Online were resolved, what ever they were, I received my mower very quickly

Packaging was flimsy and breaking up, but mower arrived intact.
Prompt delivery - took me by surprise... no prior indication of delivery date or time. Unfortunate omission.
Driver left mower near garage - fortunately my wife caught site of him walking down the drive; called him back and alerted me.
A useful conversation was then had with your driver who talked me through using the electric mower. Very good product.

The order appeared to be lost. Their softwear failed to take the cash from my account and was found when I chased it as I had no info on delivery.
Delivery was made in the manufacturers packaging which is probably not strong enough to withstand the courier's handling, but there was no damage to the contents
