Great product (Hayter Hawk 43 Cordless) at an exceptional price. Delivery was excellent & I was kept informed throughout the process contrary to some other reviews I'd read before purchasing so absolutely no issues on my part. Mower itself is a quality piece of machinery, good high quality plastics and polymers used which give it a solid, well made feel & the fact its made in Britain was another selling point. This is the first time I've ever purchased an item from Hayter but it won't be the last, in comparison to other manufacturers this Mower is easily one of the best in this price range. Overall very satisfied with all aspects of my online purchase. Thanks to all the team at Mowers Online!

Fast delivery and great mower: ordered Tuesday/dispatched Wednesday/ arrived Thursday. As for the mower: I bought a Hayter Hawk 36 battery mower. I gave up on Bosch mowers when all their 'so-called improvements" to design just made things worse. With the Hayter there are too many noticeable GOOD DESIGN features to list them all here - from the short wheelbase and roller design that make for manoeuverability to the battery & charger... It's the best. Just one niggle that applies to all the mowers I've looked at - I'd like a 15mm cut height.

Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.

Should have had this mower sooner grass collector and beep when it's full is must delivered in the stated time felt sorry for delivery driver as he delivered this in the worst storm this year and still had a smile on his face.

Great service with prompt delivery. The only thing not to like is that the delivery firm won’t take the pallet away, which means you have to deal with it.

Took a day or two longer to be delivered than expected. It says for water or sand ( sand makes it heavier and better for rolling flat) however the hole to put water in is great for a hose pipe but it's the same 20mm hole to put sand in, if you buy this roller and put sand in put dry sand in not wet sand as it took two hours to put in two bags of builders sand.

Ordered as it was a nice price and fitted to my budget. Only thing is I felt like they could of informed us what was happening with the order, nothing bad just use to emails saying we have your order won't be long. I ended up phoning up to be sure, talked to a lovely person and received order the next day. Very happy and would use them again

Placed order 8 May - when requested update on order was told to wait 7-10 days Sent 2 emails which received no reply Eventually waited online for hour to speak to someone- only to be told order hadn’t been sent to warehouse Miraculously built and sent out next day and delivered 22 May Zero communication or urgency

Competitive pricing with a very helpful and efficient service. After realising I had made a mistake when placing my order, my error was rectified by the salesperson on my behalf and the mower was subsequently delivered swiftly. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and couldn't ask for more.

The order was made and dispatched in a timely fashion, however, the ordered item was not suitable. On filling in the return portion of the online section I have heard nothing. I now have a part, in the same condition as I received it, and no idea if or how to return.

Delivery was easy. Delivery driver was super helpful and friendly. There are two things that could be better….the email and invoice weren’t clear when it would be delivered. The instructions could be better, especially when you are building the grass box

I requested 4mm cord. The cord supplied was thicker than I requested meaning I had difficulty threading it. Hole on mower had to be enlarged. Not sure what was supplied but 4.5-5mm? Cord was measured accurately using engineers tools before order.

Engine started with first pull of starting cord and runs very smoothly. The grass collection 'box' is a somewhat flimsy fabric compared to previous rigid constructions which would be preferable. However the current mower cuts and collects well.

Part of order got lost in the post but thanks for replacing promptly. Curiously Pay Pal decided to refund and even thought I told them it had been replaced decided not to take the refund back. rest of order and subsequent order were fine.

The initial order was sent promptly but went missing on its way to me. I emailed to make them aware and a fresh order appeared at my door the next day.... Things can go wrong but it's how you deal with it that's key.

Fast delivery, well packaged. Happy customer. Only problem for me was the weight of the box ...being an older lady it was a struggle..perhaps give advise that help may be required by some people?

Small order for several small bits 'cos stuff fell off the mower. Hunted them down on thw website, ordered and delivered without any issues.
