Ordering a new ride-on mower was easy and the help received when I phoned to ask a couple of questions about the order was first class. However the delivery itself was a farce. We were advised about 20 minutes before the delivery that it was due, followed by an email about 10 minutes later giving our estimated delivery window. When it arrived, it was not possible to offload the machine because of the way in which it was palletised. The courier said that it would be re-palletised and delivery arranged for the following working day. Exactly the same thing happened on the second attempt. A third day was arranged and this time the courier had made it possible to get the machine onto the site. Not remotely impressed.

Genuine article and the cheapest including postage on line by far, just shows how much mark up other sellers put on their items for sale. I have never understood why some sellers have such high mark ups, is it not better to have a good turnover with many items sold than waiting to sell one item at a high price? I have tried buying local to patronise shops where I live but some actually try to sell at a higher price than manufacturers recommend retail price, I wonder who buys from them?

Overall I scored it good, but gave one star less due to one item not being sent at the same time as the other two with all 3 items being on the same order. If something is on back order that's fair enough but there wasn't any communication to advise me which lead to me emailing them. Not a major issue but something I thought I'd messed up. Overall though, good pricing, genuine parts so would definitely give them my business in the future.

Initially very impressed with the speed of delivery and with customer service response when the lawnmower I ordered was missing a bolt. Customer service responded immediately saying they would send a bolt out to me which I was happy with. The bolt never turned up and now they are not responding. In the end, I resolved it myself as I need to get the grass cut. Not what you expect when spending 100s of pounds.

I’ve had to give only three stars because we had so much trouble with your delivery provider - DX. The mower was scheduled for delivery on a Thursday but did not arrive until the following Monday, and even then not at the time we were promised. We spent a number of days in the house, waiting for deliveries that never came. We had to phone DX to find out what was going on.

Ordered online and £50 cheaper than B and Q. Arrived on time. Only query was that lawnmower came with can of engine oik which was listed as seperate item for delivery. When I only received the box with lawnmower I had to ring to say there was no oil delivered but the helpline confirmed it was in box with lawnmower. Very satisfied with price, delivery and customer service.

Item arrived in the suggested time scale but would liked to have had more updates on order progress. The battery charger that arrived with it is unusable as it has not got a 3pin plug it has a 2 pin round plug. Satisfied with the product apart from the incorrect charger.

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good. However, even allowing for the intervening Bank Holiday Weekend, the 12 day delay in dispatch - and without any explanatory communication was not good.

When you phone up, the queuing system is horrendous and the wait is really long. When I emailed them instead they never got back to me. The order for the accessories came quickly but the mower itself took a week or more.

I ordered a chainsaw but put the wrong house number on the delivery address.Realised this in time I phoned them and they were able to correct my mistake and I still had it delivered on time(2days) Thanks Aly.

Excellent service. Email sent once item was ready to be delivered which was around 4 days after ordering on a Saturday and needed to rearrange delivery date and they immediately sorted out.

Telephone call to them to check on my requirements, they were very informative and advised exactly what was required. Length of time to answer call could be improved.

Great Service, had to return and get a different part, everything went smoothly, I thoroughly reccomended this company for all your Mower needs, thanks guys.

The petrol can was not delivered with the mower! You really do need to be able to obtain petrol with a petrol lawnmower. Just saying!!

Excellent machine but self propelled mode is too fast. I need that mode to help on slopes but I can’t run up them at the same time.

Delivery time was excellent, however the courier left our parcel on the footpath outside our gate. Luckily we have honest neighbours

Good value and easy to order online. Pity it took several days and a couple of chases to get what was a stock item on its way to me.

The service was really prompt and the mower was shipped the following day after placing my order. Price was very competitive too.
