Reviews:

Our dog is now 9 years old and has been getting Platinum wet food for ages, occasionally combined with the dry food. The food smells good, looks good (no chunks or other large pieces), she likes the taste (okay, which dog doesn’t usually like food?), she has a beautiful shiny black coat and tolerates it very well. I can't definitively say it’s because of the food, but we've never had to go to the vet and I'm convinced that's part of the reason.

Our 6-year-old dog Lotti, a Lagotto, gets Adult Iberico dry food in the morning and in the evening the wet food Duck&Turkey together with soaked carrot pellets. She is doing exceptionally well with both. Since she is not particularly picky when eating, I can't say exactly whether she finds the food especially tasty or if she's just greedy ;-), but the bowl is always incredibly quickly empty. For us, Platinum is the right decision.

My three house tigers (Ragdoll and Maine Coon) love the dry food, whether it's chicken or fish, both in the sterilized variant, the bowls are always quickly empty. However, it has pretty much displaced the high-quality wet food, although I would have liked to combine more, but a bit still works. The new Iberico variety was received a bit more cautiously, but it has only been fed once.

Very fast delivery. Both our dogs are crazy about the food. Our 2-year-old dog with a stomach issue suffered from stomach problems with Orijen and later with Belcando, always vomited and constantly ate grass. After switching to Platinum, she suddenly stopped eating grass and has really thrived. Great food. Many thanks for the measuring cups for our puppy's food and that of our dog, it makes measuring quick and easy.

As always a very fast shipping and truly great food. When you open the package it doesn’t smell strong at all. It actually smells very good and is reminiscent of beef jerky. My female dogs love it and have had much better fur since then. And it's easier for both of them to maintain their weight. We won't be changing anytime soon. I hope there will soon be wet food available for our cat as well!

To the shop: Fast processing, goods excellently packed To the product: 1st order Chicken, Beef, and Iberico to test what tastes good, favorite is the chicken, although a dog is still struggling with the transition, digestion-wise, but it's getting better. In the 2nd order, Chicken and Senior ordered, I can't say anything about the Senior yet, only 2 times fed. But as a conclusion, especially my senior has become significantly fitter and more agile since switching to Platinum!!

Our experiences were optimal, we were convinced by the food and so was our dog. We made just one mistake, we bought all types of wet food and changed daily, and as a result, an intolerance developed. Our mistake, I know it now, but maybe it could be mentioned somehow in the sales text that such a thing might not be good, Oh yes, and your service is unique and definitely very commendable. Top ***** well deserved.

We have just started with Platinum. First, I must say that good food has always been important to us and we have focused on quality since the beginning of our dog ownership. At some point, however, our senior no longer tolerated the otherwise good food (I suspect the recipe was changed.) We started looking, had some expensive failures, and ended up with Platinum by chance (FB advertisement). The food was a game changer from the beginning. Our picky senior no longer needs to be persuaded to eat. She licks the bowl clean and is noticeably more agile. She no longer farts so badly and makes decent poos. The latter is important because that's how you can see if a dog is well-fed: small, firm piles (and not large, soft, foul-smelling piles). Peaceful stomach instead of stomach ache.\nThank you, Platinum

My female dog has been getting Platinum since the first food bowl at the breeder. She is lively and perfectly healthy. The wet food packets are super practical and smell delicious. It's a joy to see how she devours it. As a snack and reward, she gets the dry food minis. She tolerates all varieties and gets almost the entire range. The poop bags from Platinum are a good size for the hand to pick up and are reliably tight. The subscription works super reliably and is yet flexible. What I still miss are BARF products, such as a frozen line and a small selection of easily digestible chewing items of absolute top quality with also full declaration, preferably of national origin.

Concerning dry food adult poultry. I honestly admit, I have switched away from Platinum a few times for various reasons. However, I always return to Platinum, my whippets and Italian greyhounds simply love it too much. The consistency and size are just perfect for both breeds. The smell alone when opening makes my four-legged friends' mouths water. For me, it is certain there will be no more changes, I have tried other soft foods and normal dry foods and they don't like any as much as Platinum.

I was looking for well-tolerated food for my older dog. Unfortunately, the dog doesn't tolerate everything and quickly gets diarrhea. The new dry food was initially only reluctantly accepted. After a few days, there were no more problems and the mild diarrhea she occasionally had has regulated. After just one week, everything seems to have regulated, and she especially seems not to be so excessively hungry anymore. So, a good choice was made.

I am extremely pleased with **PLATINUM Adult Chicken** and, having now used it for some time, I think it is important to look beyond the price of the bag and consider how much you actually need to feed. My Border Collie is a very active dog and does a considerable amount of training. He currently receives 100 g in the morning and 100 g in the evening, with a controlled allowance of treats used during training. At 364.4 kcal per 100 g, his main meals provide approximately **729 kcal per day**, and this has proved an excellent amount for managing his weight while still keeping him fit, energetic and satisfied. Over approximately six months I have very carefully reduced his weight from **23.67 kg to around 22.72 kg** – a loss of about **950 g, or 4% of his body weight**\. That is exactly what I wanted: not a rapid diet, but a slow, controlled reduction while maintaining his energy for exercise and training. This is also why I don’t regard PLATINUM as expensive. The price per bag may initially look towards the premium end, but **cost per day is what really matters**. Because I can feed a comparatively modest, carefully measured amount and still provide him with a calorie - dense, high quality food, the actual daily cost is very reasonable. I would much rather spend my money on a food containing a high proportion of fresh meat than on some conventional kibbles where a much larger quantity has to be fed and where, in my opinion, rather too much attention is sometimes given to marketing rather than what is actually in the bowl. For us, PLATINUM Adult Chicken has been excellent for condition, weight management, training and value for money. I couldn’t be happier with it and would certainly recommend it.

We were very surprised at how complaints about intolerable food are handled 👍. Unfortunately, our Fynn had an allergic reaction to the Iberico food. After contacting, we were refunded the money for the food and were allowed to keep it. Since our Fynn could not tolerate it, we then donated it to our animal shelter and they were very happy about it. We think such a solution is really great 👍👍👍. This way, the money 💰 is not lost and at the same time, you can do something good.

Fast delivery, well packaged. My tomcat, my mother's cat, as well as the hedgehogs love the food. Some say it’s too expensive, I cannot confirm that, it's high-quality food with a high meat content and no additives. The cats are full faster and therefore eat less, so costs are pretty much the same. Drawback was: the cats don't eat the rest of the other food anymore. All animals are satisfied, that is a reason to keep ordering new food.

I bought two different types of kibbles for my picky girl, with salmon and chicken flavors. 🐟🐔💕 And apparently, it was an instant hit! 😻 As a real test, she ate both flavors in less than two bites and then looked at me with a face that said: “Okay… and where's the rest?” 🤣🐾 For now, I'm gently mixing the new kibbles with her old kibbles so she can gradually get used to them. But it looks like I've already found two new favorites that I can nicely alternate in the future. 🥰

The dog food platinum vetactive sensitiv is very well tolerated by my dog Leon, a Golden Retriever, almost 13 years old. I searched for a long time and am glad to have found food that he likes and tolerates well. The bags have a wide Velcro closure, so they close very well again. Ordering from Platinum online is straightforward, the food is delivered super fast, in good packaging. The service is top-notch. Therefore ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My kittens love this product. So easy measure amount needed. Always ready for next meal but never looking for extra food even when offered they pass it by. But head down and all gone if it's platinum! Love next day delivery never fails. Healthy happy with thick shiny coats. Litter tray is constant and not overly smelly! Would love to see full range of dietary needs. Like hydration support and gut/hair ball support.

The puppy wet food is devoured with a very good appetite by my 3-month-old Yorkshire. Although he is very picky, he downright demands his dinner in the evening. I am very happy to have found a high-quality and tasty food, which is particularly important during the growth phase. Please find a shipping method other than DHL, the delivery was announced for Thursday and nothing came, then newly announced for Friday and again nothing came, then announced for Saturday... Online still 20 stops, shortly after only 1 stop and delivered within 15 minutes. It's simply not acceptable to keep the recipient waiting for 3 whole days.

Initially, I gave a not so good review because I thought the food smelled strange and looked the same. However, I have to admit that the dogs accept and tolerate it excellently. One scratches quite a lot with lamb. So I've now changed the type, but my seniors are doing great with the food, especially they don't have hunger attacks anymore and the output has also become low.

Our picky cat accepted it immediately and our younger tomcat enjoys your sterilized Meat Crisp Chicken and Fish. I attach great importance to giving my animals high-quality food, and with Platinum, for the first time, I feel like I've purchased excellent food at a great price-performance ratio. I missed the option to order a free food measuring cup directly with the first order, as I would have liked to have it sent by you. By the way, the felt mouse toy is really great. We cannot provide a suitable photo at the moment.
