My cat had an injury to his palate and was struggling to eat harder dry food so I sent for a sample of Meaty Crisp because it was freeze dried and light. I'm also pleased with the high meat content and he loves both the fish and chicken varieties. The only negative is that you state it needs to be kept in the original packaging and cannot be decanted into a smaller container which is not very convenient for storage in the kitchen cupboard or for when he goes into the cattery.

My beautiful Cavalier king charles spaniel is 2yrs old, shes been enjoying lamb and chicken dry Platinum for 18months . She doesn t like vegetables, except pumpkin, and i ve tried her on many other types of dry dogfood but the Platinum is the only one she will eat , which says it all ! It would be great if you could make a salmon flavour dry food, as she absolutely loves the salmon stars 🌟

I have had an awfull job trying to find a food that my dog will Eat I finally found one called Sabre which she sort of liked for a whole year, but to my horror the suppliers have not had any stock since February and still no sign of that changing. My Border Collie had ongoing issues with his second stool of the day being too soft. Within around 24 hours of switching fully onto Platinum Adult, there was already a very noticeable improvement. He has also been dealing with a persistent rash on his stomach for quite some time and is still receiving treatment for it. That issue is not resolved yet, but I’m hopeful that improving the quality of his diet may also help support his skin condition over time. Before this, he was fed Royal Canin Adult Medium. Looking back now, I personally feel I trusted the branding and marketing too much instead of properly examining the ingredient list. What immediately stood out to me with Platinum was the high fresh meat content and the clearer, more transparent ingredients. In comparison, I became increasingly disappointed seeing vague terms such as “meat and animal derivatives” on other foods without clearly stating exactly what is in them or in what quantity. At first glance, Platinum does appear more expensive. However, after properly comparing feeding amounts and ingredient quality, I no longer believe that is really the case. Because the food is more nutrient-dense and higher quality, considerably less has to be fed by weight. I also strongly believe in the saying: what you save on dog food today, you often end up paying out many times over at the vet later. This review is only based on my early experience, but the improvement in digestion alone has already convinced me that changing to Platinum was the right decision. I genuinely wish I had looked more closely at ingredients and made the switch much sooner.

Oreo is a black and white short haired, currently weighing 6kgs, our vet is not happy, but he is an indoor cat as we live near a busy road. We have tried a light version of his current dry food, which seems to leave him constantly crying for food, I was recommended this from a family member who very kindly gave me a few hand fulls to try him on and he loved it, he seems very content and full, he isn't crying for more after he has eaten, happy cat, happy cat owner, hopefully in 2 months time happy vet, thank you Platinum I will be back

My dog suffers from seasonal and environmental allergies making his paws itchy and red from biting them. Moved him onto Platinum veterinary pork flavour and he has always been fussy with his kibble. Wouldn't eat it straight away. When I put his food out now he is crying when I take too long he licks bowl clean and his poos are so much better. Coat shines beautifully now. Definitely made a difference. Ordered the night before and it was delivered the following day

I used Platinum chicken for a number of years and had great results. We have since taken on working Labrador who is now 14 months old. Wren didn’t taken to the chicken so I tried her on the Turkey for sensitive tummies and she is not looking back now. The foods helps prevent gastric torsion which for me is a great bonus. Wrens coat is shiny and she is full of energy and wellbeing. A friend recommended the food to me who breeds and shows and who I hold in high esteem. Thank you

My cats love these biscuits. Unfortunately they are out of my price range for regular food so we use them as treats instead of dreamies (which were their favourites) we now use these as treats instead. They are still getting a better diet now, just a more affordable way, and they work out cheaper than the junk this way! Win Win!

I've used Platinum fit sticks and click bits for many years, they are fantastic healthy high quality treats for dogs. All of my dogs absolutely love them. They have high quality ingredients and no rubbish/filler in them, which is what I want, the best for my dogs. I hadn't bought the click bits for a few years but I have a new dog so I ordered some for training, I was sad to see they now come in a bag instead of the original tub, much less for your money and now only available in 1 flavour. Bring back the tub of click bits please. I'm going to have to use the tub that the fit sticks come in (used to be same tub for click bits), however it takes 2 of the bags to fill the original tub!

It is so very easy to order and navigate the website However the most beneficial reason for choosing Platinum is that the products are superb, the Dog kibble was a ‘game changer’ for me.. all my dogs have been very difficult with getting them to eat biscuits, but they all will eat Platinum and only Platinum! It is made from high quality ingredients and you can tell that.. you need go no where else!

I feed my dogs home cooked food in the evening. But in the morning they get their kibbles even scattered in the garden or in their snuffle mat. I’ve done extensive research and for me the quality and ingredients of Platinum kibbles are just the best, and my dogs absolutely love it now for years even though they are spoiled by home cooked food.

My little one loves Platinum. Have been buying it for years and stupidly changed to another brand, just to give him a bit of variety. But he refused. So we're back to Platinum. Really shouldn't change a good thing I love that there is a lower fat variety. That means I can give him the odd treat in between.

Absolutely love the quality of the food, I recommend it to everyone. Only thing I think could be better is the cost! I stick with the chicken as it is the cheapest, would like to offer my dogs other flavours but they are significantly more expensive and due to having two large dogs it’s unaffordable for me. I like the new light and senior options but again they are significantly more experience. Fabulous food but hoping you’ll consider bringing down the cost a bit???

I have a very old dog & having tried most dog & cat food with no luck. A friend gave me a small amount of the pork & chicken flavour to tr6. Well dog rejected the chicken, but woofed down the pork variety, wonderful. I order some the next day & it arrived the following day. Doggie is now very happy & so am I..

The dogs love this food, particularly the smaller one who is extremely fussy, he doesn't have to be cajoled to eat any more and in fact will hover round my feet waiting for it. It has taken me a few false starts to find the combination they prefer but finally we have it and I am about to make an order.

I was having trouble finding a good quality cat food that my fussy rescue cat would eat. I tried them all, from bad supermarket food to raw food. I discovered Platinum air dried food and my cat was so happy. She took to it straightaway. She has gone from a skinny sad cat to an energetic fit cat. Im usually against feeding dried cat crunchy, but realised Platinum is actually really good food that is air dried. No nasty additives. I have just introduced her to a food puzzle feeder ball to make feeding a bit more interesting for her.

Two of our cats took to the new food straight away and love it, the other is still ignoring it. We are mixing a little with his normal kibble but he manages to avoid it, however we will persevere because I particularly want this boy to move onto the sterilised version. I would like him to lose a kg to get down to 12 kg, but at the same time feed him a quality food like Platinum, other “light” foods are full of rubbish fillers.

Quick delivery. Always put in right place. I do think the website to order more is more tricky. I always do it but I am always afraid it’s not going to remember me. Is there a way of doing a repeat order (not as a subscription but just showing what you had last time)

I have used the products before, so knew what I wanted. The website is easy to navigate and cost is clear. Delivery is very quick. The dogs enjoy it....a change to the quality food I have been using and will use again.....good to have an alternative to give variety....suits tums!!

It is a top quality product and reasonably priced but the priceless quality it has is … my extremely fussy pooch will eat it! I have tried so many different brands so this was a total game changer.. I am no longer stressed and he is happy too!
