My dog is very fussy. I thought I would give these a go because they are a higher meat content. All the reviews were great. Delivery was quick so was eager for him to try them. He ate them straight from his bowl for 5 days, which he never does. I have to get him to chase his biscuits every morning. Now he eats them out of my hands without the game. I like the fact they are semi-moist so easier on his teeth. As he is a little Chorkie the small size is perfect for him. I will be buying a full bag when I get low.

The best thing was the free sample packs so I knew my cats would eat the biscuits so saving me having buy a large bag to find they didn't like it. The cats are enjoying the biscuits. I think that they may be easier to chew as my cats get older, even though thry are still crunching mice. I would like the website to be more basic as it is rather complex currently. Payment could ve easier too.

It tastes good I like it 😂😂 my cats like it I like the fact that you don't need much so a little goes a long way I have a diabetic cat called minty and he has to have more protein he weighs 6.5 kilos he is not fat he is just a big cat I also have a geriatric cat called cookie I'm struggling to keep the weight on him since using platinum he has gained a few pounds (I only been using platinum for a month) I can't comment on platinum wet cat food as mine only eat kibble Delivery is only a few days from ordering to being delivered The companies customer service is fantastic and they go out of there way to help you As for platinum doing better I've not found a problem so can't other anything that the company could do better

My sprocker spaniel seems much healthier being on Platinum VetActive Senior cold pressed kibble, than the basic, cheaper kibble from a pet food store. Her coat is shiny, wet nose, sparkling eyes, no more scratching, more energy and absolutely loves the food! She tells me when it’s meal time and licks her lips expectantly! Poos are less frequent and look healthy. I would advise adding vegetables to it however, as she doesn’t seem full on the recommended measured amount. This seems to satisfy and stops her from gobbling it down too quickly!

I've been using Platinum for several years and have recommended to many others too. The dogs love it, both as a standalone meal or a small amount added to bulk out a tin, and I've also used it for training treats. Very useful that the company will send small trial packs to try before buying, and the packaging keeps the food fresh. Really quick delivery - example, I ordered a 5kg bag at 11am on 3rd June and DPD delivered it at 1.40pm on the 4th, larger orders have always arrived within 3 days maximum. And a subscription plan is available if required but isn't compulsory like some other companies.

My cat had an injury to his palate and was struggling to eat harder dry food so I sent for a sample of Meaty Crisp because it was freeze dried and light. I'm also pleased with the high meat content and he loves both the fish and chicken varieties. The only negative is that you state it needs to be kept in the original packaging and cannot be decanted into a smaller container which is not very convenient for storage in the kitchen cupboard or for when he goes into the cattery.

My 10 year old Cockapoo Monty and 1 year old Cocker Nora Noodles are thriving on the Platinum dry dog food. Their eyes are bright, their coats glossy and number 2's nice and firm. I have confidence in this food. My cousin ( who recommended Platinum) feeds it to her 12 dogs and they all look wonderfully full of bounce and doggy exuberance!

My beautiful Cavalier king charles spaniel is 2yrs old, shes been enjoying lamb and chicken dry Platinum for 18months . She doesn t like vegetables, except pumpkin, and i ve tried her on many other types of dry dogfood but the Platinum is the only one she will eat , which says it all ! It would be great if you could make a salmon flavour dry food, as she absolutely loves the salmon stars 🌟

I have recently recieved my batch of cat food and can I just say..... wow... I have never seen my cat go for something so quickly she is a very fussy eater and I was totally shocked as to how quickly she has taken to it I do hope she continues to enjoy it I have the trail packs so will be shocked if this continues but oh my I am well impressed upto now 😀

I recently looked at several different dog food options. The best that came out top was Platinum, for both price and quality. On of the worst and yet the most expensive was a company who used lots of fillers, low in quality and was twice the price, be aware of butternut! My favorite thing was 3rd party testing. Just a brilliant product that my dog likes .

I have had an awfull job trying to find a food that my dog will Eat I finally found one called Sabre which she sort of liked for a whole year, but to my horror the suppliers have not had any stock since February and still no sign of that changing. I decided to call Platinum to see if they could help and they said to try one of there variety packs for free. She loves the chicken so a big thank you to platinum you have been great

My Border Collie had ongoing issues with his second stool of the day being too soft. Within around 24 hours of switching fully onto Platinum Adult, there was already a very noticeable improvement. He has also been dealing with a persistent rash on his stomach for quite some time and is still receiving treatment for it. That issue is not resolved yet, but I’m hopeful that improving the quality of his diet may also help support his skin condition over time. Before this, he was fed Royal Canin Adult Medium. Looking back now, I personally feel I trusted the branding and marketing too much instead of properly examining the ingredient list. What immediately stood out to me with Platinum was the high fresh meat content and the clearer, more transparent ingredients. In comparison, I became increasingly disappointed seeing vague terms such as “meat and animal derivatives” on other foods without clearly stating exactly what is in them or in what quantity. At first glance, Platinum does appear more expensive. However, after properly comparing feeding amounts and ingredient quality, I no longer believe that is really the case. Because the food is more nutrient-dense and higher quality, considerably less has to be fed by weight. I also strongly believe in the saying: what you save on dog food today, you often end up paying out many times over at the vet later. This review is only based on my early experience, but the improvement in digestion alone has already convinced me that changing to Platinum was the right decision. I genuinely wish I had looked more closely at ingredients and made the switch much sooner.

My cockapoo is the fussiest dog i have ever known i have tried just about everything. A lady who has six told me about platinum so i purchased a few testers she absolutely loves it thank you ots fresh packed with good food not kibble or dried out food that need water i would recommend platinum food to anyone who has a fussy dog.

I mainly use Platinum as treats because it is so delicious, but as a complete food doesn't fill the dogs with rubbish during training. Recently my 15 year old has become quite fussy, so she is now on Platinum full time. I also use it for holidays as I need to take a much smaller bag to feed everyone than with a normal kibble or raw food.

My old puss is 17 now, all the time i have had her, she has refused meat- even the good stuff. 2 years ago i heard about Platinums high meat content and I switched her to it. and she has taken to it ! She hardly goes out anymore, content to lay in the window and watch the world go bye but she is still alert.

Oreo is a black and white short haired, currently weighing 6kgs, our vet is not happy, but he is an indoor cat as we live near a busy road. We have tried a light version of his current dry food, which seems to leave him constantly crying for food, I was recommended this from a family member who very kindly gave me a few hand fulls to try him on and he loved it, he seems very content and full, he isn't crying for more after he has eaten, happy cat, happy cat owner, hopefully in 2 months time happy vet, thank you Platinum I will be back

My dog suffers from seasonal and environmental allergies making his paws itchy and red from biting them. Moved him onto Platinum veterinary pork flavour and he has always been fussy with his kibble. Wouldn't eat it straight away. When I put his food out now he is crying when I take too long he licks bowl clean and his poos are so much better. Coat shines beautifully now. Definitely made a difference. Ordered the night before and it was delivered the following day

My cats love these biscuits. Unfortunately they are out of my price range for regular food so we use them as treats instead of dreamies (which were their favourites) we now use these as treats instead. They are still getting a better diet now, just a more affordable way, and they work out cheaper than the junk this way! Win Win!

I used Platinum chicken for a number of years and had great results. We have since taken on working Labrador who is now 14 months old. Wren didn’t taken to the chicken so I tried her on the Turkey for sensitive tummies and she is not looking back now. The foods helps prevent gastric torsion which for me is a great bonus. Wrens coat is shiny and she is full of energy and wellbeing. A friend recommended the food to me who breeds and shows and who I hold in high esteem. Thank you

The product is excellent. My dog enjoys the food, both chicken and beef. However the cost of delivery has become very expensive. Whilst I appreciate that costs like this are inevitable especially when I live in N.I. and not mainland GB it is making the continued purchase of the food so costly as to be untenable so I unfortunately and reluctantly am looking at new sources of food for my best friend.
