Really easy ordering ability to buy small batches to test out, really built into the process.Good value delivery arrived on time where unshipped extremely quickly and excellent quality products, dogs really like them transitioned immediately as recommended with no issues. Could have had an easier way of researching the products in the menu where you're selecting the different options, but not too much hassle to open the products on a different tab, and look that way.

My little Shitzhu (Rosie) is five years old. She has always been so fussy with food . I' have spent so much money trying different ones . I saw this "free trial " offer and thought I may as well send for it but thinking no way will she eat it .OMG ! I put it down and she absolutely loved it , I was shocked ! . I ordered three varieties and she enjoys them all . I am so grateful to Platinum for their brilliant food .

Came across this company on Facebook actually looked into it and bought a bag of chicken for my very fussy cat. As soon as I put some in a bowl she was happily munching away hallelujah ! Promptly ordered the fish variety and again eating happily. After many years of trying every food on the market including premium brands ( she refuses any wet food) im happy knowing she is getting the meat content she needs. Excellent. Would recommend.

Platinum kindly sent me some small samples that I requested. They were very obliging and despatched the package speedily. I tried my cat with them and he seemed very interested at first but soon reverted to his old brand. We have got round that by mixing the Platinum Crispy Meat into his other biscuits and they are being well received. We have now ordered 2 x large packs of Platinum and look forward to weaning the old brand out.

My cats absolutely love the chicken cat food for sterilised cats. They have beautiful coats and are both in really good health. I have two cats , one is 12 years old and she has a mix of Platinum food and a wet food, she has bright eyes and looks as healthy as she was when she was much younger. I think the nutrient content really helps to keep her in great condition. At her yearly check up the vet comments on how good her teeth are , I'm sure the platinum dry food helps keep her teeth clean and healthy. My other cat eats only dry cat food , he is about 4 years old ( we adopted him as a stray ). He is somewhat more lively than our older cat and he too is very healthy which we largely put down to his diet. he too gets compliments from the vet at his check ups. We would always include Platinum dry cat food in our cats diets.

The food is excellent 👌🏻👍🏻 my 5 fussy Pomeranians absolutely LOVE this brand !! We have tried EVERY brand of food possible! They sometimes would eat a few brands for a couple of days giving us hope then stop completely. Yet this, has been consistent for over a year. Their stools are always healthy and they always look happy when it's a meal time. I love that the bites are small (even the standard size and so squishy)! Their tummies are always safe on this. They mostly eat chicken but get iberico for a treat which they enjoy the best. Ordering and delivery is absolutely seamless. Very quick delivery too which is handy when I've realised I've got very low to the last bag. I always order bulk 6 x 5kg bag of food. I've never seen a food with so many natural ingredients and goodness - absolutely jam packed.

I really loved the fact that my greyhound Lucy was so interested in the food as soon as I opened it. I gave her a little handful to try and afterwards she was hovering around the worktop sniffing the air, something she has never done before. So far I haven’t found anything that could be improved, but I would like to maybe in the future see some more flavours available, such as rabbit or goat perhaps.

First time ordering Platinum after a recommendation. It's brilliant that they offer trial packages . Not only are they good value , the selection of products is great. My terrier is quite fussy , so happy to see her wolfing this down . I will definitely be ordering some more. Delivery was quick and ordering seamless. Well cats are cats and when it something new i can never be sure how they will react , but both of them were very happy and ate it all, normally they would sniff out something new and wander off but just a sniff and they were happily munching away. The only problem i had was getting 2 bags of fish to try instead of one bag fish and 1 bag chicken but it was sorted quickly and the chicken was sent very quickly. Cats are happy (2of ) so i will be ordering again, happy cats happy owner 😁

The quality of their Meat Crisp products is second to none. We have 3 fussy cats that won't eat anything that we eat so sometimes it has been a struggle to get them all to eat. But they all devour both the chicken or fish as soon as it's put down. The packaging is robust, and delivery is very fast. I’ve been feeding my dogs Platinum for quite some time, and the difference has been remarkable. They absolutely love the taste, their coats are shiny, and their digestion has improved noticeably. It’s clear that the quality of the ingredients makes a real difference. I highly recommend Platinum to anyone looking for premium dog food that delivers on its promises.

I have tried both the cat and dog food and so far so good. Delivery is good turnaround. Prices are high but when I take into account the food that I have bought and wasted as the animals will not eat it, I would say the price is good. We have one dog who definitely likes her biscuits and has appeared to go off her wet food which I don't mind as long as she is getting the nutrients that she requires. The other dog eats it sometimes but we are definitely persevering and I have no doubt she will eat it more regularly. Cats, 1 is almost completely on the dry food and took to the food immediately which amazed me as she does not eat anything. The other one wants both wet and dry but I am hoping to reduce the wet and increase the dry - work in progress and I am sure it will work. The baby has eaten the biscuits but loves her wet food so I am getting her some of the fish flavour biscuits to entice her to eat more biscuits and less wet. I am confident that within a month or two, I will have them eating well, all 5 of them.

My dog is very fussy. I thought I would give these a go because they are a higher meat content. All the reviews were great. Delivery was quick so was eager for him to try them. He ate them straight from his bowl for 5 days, which he never does. I have to get him to chase his biscuits every morning. Now he eats them out of my hands without the game. I like the fact they are semi-moist so easier on his teeth. As he is a little Chorkie the small size is perfect for him. I will be buying a full bag when I get low.

The best thing was the free sample packs so I knew my cats would eat the biscuits so saving me having buy a large bag to find they didn't like it. The cats are enjoying the biscuits. I think that they may be easier to chew as my cats get older, even though thry are still crunching mice. I would like the website to be more basic as it is rather complex currently. Payment could ve easier too.

It tastes good I like it 😂😂 my cats like it I like the fact that you don't need much so a little goes a long way I have a diabetic cat called minty and he has to have more protein he weighs 6.5 kilos he is not fat he is just a big cat I also have a geriatric cat called cookie I'm struggling to keep the weight on him since using platinum he has gained a few pounds (I only been using platinum for a month) I can't comment on platinum wet cat food as mine only eat kibble Delivery is only a few days from ordering to being delivered The companies customer service is fantastic and they go out of there way to help you As for platinum doing better I've not found a problem so can't other anything that the company could do better

My sprocker spaniel seems much healthier being on Platinum VetActive Senior cold pressed kibble, than the basic, cheaper kibble from a pet food store. Her coat is shiny, wet nose, sparkling eyes, no more scratching, more energy and absolutely loves the food! She tells me when it’s meal time and licks her lips expectantly! Poos are less frequent and look healthy. I would advise adding vegetables to it however, as she doesn’t seem full on the recommended measured amount. This seems to satisfy and stops her from gobbling it down too quickly!

I've been using Platinum for several years and have recommended to many others too. The dogs love it, both as a standalone meal or a small amount added to bulk out a tin, and I've also used it for training treats. Very useful that the company will send small trial packs to try before buying, and the packaging keeps the food fresh. Really quick delivery - example, I ordered a 5kg bag at 11am on 3rd June and DPD delivered it at 1.40pm on the 4th, larger orders have always arrived within 3 days maximum. And a subscription plan is available if required but isn't compulsory like some other companies.

My dog loves these tiny bits. I like that they are not crunchy and small enough for him as he is very small. The ingredients are great and a higher meat content he loves. We are both happy with them. I bought a small bag of the chicken flavour also and he loves them too. I can't think of anything better because we like everything now.

My cat had an injury to his palate and was struggling to eat harder dry food so I sent for a sample of Meaty Crisp because it was freeze dried and light. I'm also pleased with the high meat content and he loves both the fish and chicken varieties. The only negative is that you state it needs to be kept in the original packaging and cannot be decanted into a smaller container which is not very convenient for storage in the kitchen cupboard or for when he goes into the cattery.

My 10 year old Cockapoo Monty and 1 year old Cocker Nora Noodles are thriving on the Platinum dry dog food. Their eyes are bright, their coats glossy and number 2's nice and firm. I have confidence in this food. My cousin ( who recommended Platinum) feeds it to her 12 dogs and they all look wonderfully full of bounce and doggy exuberance!
