First of all I was extremely impressed by the prompt delivery service, I ordered the food on Friday 3/11/23 and it arrived by Monday 6/11/23. On opening the food I couldn’t believe how delicious it smelled and clearly the dogs love it, I think they inhaled it! Toby English bulldog and Reggie the Rottweiler Boxer cross breed and little puppy Birdie cavapoo (on the puppy food) are really happy with it. I’m hoping that with all the wonderful ingredients and the impressive way this food is prepared that our dogs will benefit from it and be happy and healthy dogs for many years. Also really impressed how quickly an enquiry I mailed about the food was replied to.

My pooch Pablo goes crazy for this food. He's not food orientated at all and can go for a couple of days without eating if he feels like it. However, as soon as I get this out of the cupboard he goes crazy ... dancing and twirling around with excitement.

Easy to order and quick delivery. I had trouble with their web site would not let me check out as a guest. Would not recognise my email/password for account. Didn’t send a link to reset password. Eventually I gave up and made a new account with an email address I don’t use much as this was the only option to place an order

At last a food my fussy cockapoo will eat having tried dozens of different foods , wet , dry, freeze dried, toppers ,gravy the lot. She loves the wetfood . Even though it may seem expensive because there is no added water it is puremeat so not as much needed .Smells like human food.

An excellent food. All 3 of my dogs clean their bowls every meal. One of my dogs has IBS but this food really suits him. They have firm bowel movements that are much smaller than the previous food they had. I can't see me changing to anything else from now on.

High quality food we have given our dog since he was a puppy, so for almost 5 years now. Delivery is always on time too, usually within a couple of days. What could be better? How about loyalty rewards especially as the product is certainly not cheap.

We normally feed our dogs on a RAW diet but out youngest is an incredibly picky eater. She was losing weight continuously but has actually 'bulked up' since we started feeding Platinum. Don't change anything (unless you want to reduce price a touch😋)

Dog food is excellent, it’s just a shame it’s not accessible through any outlets, the delivery service is always spot on. Any questions or queries are answered quickly and efficiently. All in all excellent across the board

My dogs absolutely love this food, I have to limit them because they get sooo excited and gulp it down too fast ! Delivery is sooooo fast, I order on the Monday and it arrives on Wednesday , amazing fast service !

Food is very good never had any problems with it. I have recommended this product to a family member whose dogs had a skin condition,since using this food it as cleared up. My order is always delivered on time.

My dogs absolutely love this food . But it is hard to order when you forget your username and password ( don't know why you need these to purchase goods though) . Quick delivery times and a great service
