Filled in application on line .. received confirmation of payment followed by the granted visa within a couple of hours..

You were very patient with my application, when I could not process the last item, and that was transferring the passport photo onto the Visa. I had to wait for my daughter to come back off holiday to help me with it, and as she is a computer programmer she did it in seconds.

I had a panic because I booked a last minute flight to spend time with my terminally ill brother and then realised I couldn’t get a visa in time, so I was bedside myself with dispear. Your system was a huge help.

Unbelievably simple to apply, great ease of access online and followed by a prompt response all within a hour or two. Beats all other visa service providers I’ve dealt with in the past. Well done but keep it up

Very straight forward and more cost effective than going direct. I did multiple visas to India and Sri Lanka so doing them under one company was great.

It was fairly quick & easy but struggled when attaching the photograph but this is more than likely due to dodgy old man syndrome. Thank you Visa team.
