Having looked around online for what we wanted we decided on Paving Stones Direct due to their competitive prices. We had a query about delivery charges which they answered promptly. We picked a delivery date for within a matter of days from order, we then had messages from the delivery company to update us about a time schedule. Delivery was prompt, driver was friendly and helpful. There was a small chip in one of the tiles but to be honest it wasn't worth complaining about it. When we are ready to order more tiles for other parts of the garden we will not hesitate to go back to this company.
Great prices, good choice of delivery options, or so we thought! Opted for delivery day but received a phone call the day before to say the pallet had arrived, nobody on to take delivery so a waste of everyone’s time because they had to come back on the scheduled day.

Delivery issue
I made a small order of Romex Rompox jointing compound. Paving Stones used DX for the delivery who apparently left it with a neighbour at no. 6 (there is no.6 on our estate) and no picture evidence to help me locate. DX were unable to help me locate the delivery and asked me to speak to Paving Stones directly. Dan at Paving Stones helped direct me using the GPS on the back end of the delivery system at the suppliers end. I managed to locate the package at a house on a nearby street without further issue. Product was as described and service from Dan excellent.

Incredible product, uyou get what u pay for xx easy to apply and dries overnight rock solid , I sprayed over filled crevices with water as instructed to keep damp so aids setting.

Excellent customer service. We ordered a Patio Circle but unfortunately one slab was damaged on arrival. They couldn’t have been more helpful and a replacement slab was on our doorstep the very next morning. Doesn’t get better than that.
