Having looked around online for what we wanted we decided on Paving Stones Direct due to their competitive prices. We had a query about delivery charges which they answered promptly. We picked a delivery date for within a matter of days from order, we then had messages from the delivery company to update us about a time schedule. Delivery was prompt, driver was friendly and helpful. There was a small chip in one of the tiles but to be honest it wasn't worth complaining about it. When we are ready to order more tiles for other parts of the garden we will not hesitate to go back to this company.
Great prices, good choice of delivery options, or so we thought! Opted for delivery day but received a phone call the day before to say the pallet had arrived, nobody on to take delivery so a waste of everyone’s time because they had to come back on the scheduled day.

Poor customer service/false advertisement.
Ordered a product in which they said could be delivered for free.
Rang up as I received an email stating I need to collect instead.
They told me over phone I can’t receive delivery and that the product is not in stock.
False advertisement.

Hi Jarred, we are very sorry to receive this review. We do state on the website for customers to give us a ring before placing an order as the prices listed are collection only which is stated. If collection is not an option then we will then advise on delivery. Unfortunately in this instance, there was an error that allowed an out of stock product to be ordered.
